Think I have been scammed out of £4200 had a big win and like most people had to be approved .I got 3 out of 4 documents approved and 1 was declined as it was not in a pdf format .Well it was in a pdf and the 11 times I checked both statements where fine it's them at it .Not impressed to be honest quick enough to take your money but not pay out stay away from this site disgusting absolutely disgusting name and shame .

Terrible. Signed up to free bet offer with qualifying bet. Told I didn't qualify due to having a membership at one of their sister sites. This isn't clear at all and is tucked away in a small section of the Ts and C's, and I was only told of this AFTER I'd lost the qualifying bet. Surely if they know that you are registered on a sister site, they could tell you when you sign up? It isn't illegal or anything, and they'll argue I should have read the pages and pages of extensive terms and conditions, but it just felt very sneaky to me and left a bad taste in my mouth.

I actually looked into further bets and there seems to be to a bonus scheme but you don't know what it is until you qualify, which seems pretty rubbish.

Avoid.

Absolutely awful, had a win and suddenly they need to verify me, so after sending 256 forms of I.d they said I was all clear. I has been a member with this delightful company 1 week and received an email stating they no longer want to carry on the business relationship, still to this day I've no idea why. Its all smokes and mirrors, be very careful if you haven't got the correct 3 forms of I.d you may never get access to YOUR money again you have been warned.

Joined yesterday won a substantial amount. Sent documents in. They got verified this morning. Money in my bank this afternoon

Like the vast majority my experience with this site have been poor, my fault for not reading reviews first. Certainly would not recommend “always a catch when you contact them” made a formal complaint still waiting on a reply. Advice simple, avoid this site !

Easy to sign up but beware when attempting to withdraw even a tiny amount as they will make you go through the full ID/verification process (ID, debit card, proof address etc) before approving. Plus they take 1% as a withdrawal fee!

Opened an account was anxious after reading the reviews as i made a withdrawal of £2000, documents were approved and withdrawal made within 2 days :)

As long as you read the T&C's. It is pretty clear . I understand it . But it's a 30 pound free bet u wasent going to get right? So anything is a.plus win or lose its entertainment for me makes it more interesting placing a bet on football.
I totally understand were people are coming from. Place a bet of 30 pound in free bets wins gets credited as bonus bets then x1 wager for it to be credited with real funds. But also capped at 200 pound. But again it's FREE and if u understand the logic and just back mad hot favourites. It's actually a win . For 10 pound .. u have Ur original bet u put on Wats real cash with a chance of winning. and 30 pound free bet to get an extra 200 pound. Iv had no problems so far

I would suggest that all people like myself who have been scammed out of winnings report these scumbags to the UK Gambling Commission. These parasites should not hold a gambling license.

I deposited £20. Won £13 so tried to withdraw my £33. Every excuse in the world until blocked my account under safer gambling rules. I had done 1 bet and won. Safest gambling is paying what you owe. Welching bookies! AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS I NOW HAVE TO MESS ABOUT TAKING LEGAL ACTION.

It ain't the £33. It is the principle. Everyone should avoid as they just lie then block your IP address.

This is not how we do business in the UK. A bet is a contract. I honoured my side by depositing the money and placing the bet. Had I lost, tough luck! I am so livid right now!

Was promised a £30 free bonus bet if I joined and put a £10 bet on. So I did.

wow, my bet won.. £20 to me, great! and my bonus bet arrived pronto. All good! You know what, to control my gambling habits, I thought.. I should withdraw the £20, and play on with the bonus £30.

BUT.. at this point they say, to withdraw my money I have to pay £2.50 to put the money into my bank, and that if I do, my bonus bet is rendered void (what!! )

so I say, ok then, i'll put the £30 bet on and withdraw after- win lose or draw, still get £7.50 winnings I guess, but i'll probably not use the site again.

Low and behold, my £30 bonus bet wins too. The odds arent great, but I still win another £21! happy days!

then I go to withdraw.. and you know what happens? the £21 is turned into ANOTHER BONUS BET.. I cant withdraw it. At this point, i'm thinking, sod it... and i withdrew the £20 (now £17.50- due to them stealing the £2.50- never saw this b4 on any betting site).. they immediately cancelled my bonus winnings of £21, which didnt surprise me. I am now waiting to see if they give me ANY MONEY. LOL

Withdrew £1640 after winning legitimateally and was banned days later after waiting on withdrawal apparently they listed multiple reasons such a cheating or multiple account ect Ben playing for years online never seen such obvious unfairness and scamming on there side as there no resolution process to Appel and the decision is final with no clear reason Ben though I know ther is none hav to take them to court now

Seriously avoid. Customer service is appalling. They are very happy to take your money for a long time and then they want ALOT of documentation, passport, pictures of bank card (both sides), proof of earnings, proof of house sales. They will take deposits and then mid game, say your account is on hold. The online chat function might as well be a bot if it wasn't for the attitude. They don't care about the customers gaming experience, just want as much money as they can before they give an excuse of comply with regulators' so that can access even more of your personal data . Its the robbery equivalent of smash and grab before you can win anything back, or a total scam to get your data. The only way to get anything out of them is to win quick and don't go back.
