I ordered Maurice Lacroix.I have stayed happy with the services provided by Montredo. I have received the watches including warranty without delays, as it was promised. The customer services answers all the questions in details in a very efficient way.

I am most impressed with the highest level of customer service achieved by Montredo. Over the past few years, I purchased five luxury watches from this company, headquartered in Berlin. They go to extraordinary lengths to accommodate customers' needs. Email communications receive prompt, professonal responses, frequently the same day, and are very polite. As a customer who has experienced other companies with very deficient customer service, Montredo is a breath of fresh air.

Montredo sell watches. From a few hundreds pound up
to multi-thousand pounds in value. They are usually cheaper than other sellers, but if buying from the UK they will be subject to import duty and a handling fee. With the watch I purchased it still worked out over £200 cheaper than if I purchased it in the UK.

Their (Montredo's) communication from start to finish is exemplary. My own purchase took ~9 days from ordering to delivery and I had 5 emails from the same person who dealt with my purchase.

Would I used them again, I did, this was 2nd purchase I would go back.
