Best bank so far

Easy to use, clear instructions and policies are outlined, prices for premiums and accounts are clearly outlined... You get what you're willing to pay for

Easy to set up

Easy to set up, card came quickly, app easy to use and top up is quick.
I haven't got DD or SO coming out and haven't used abroad yet, but everyday usage excellent

I'm absolutely disgusted in this firm…

I'm absolutely disgusted in this firm they closed my account and when my wages accidentally went to the closed account as you would expect it to automatically bounce back to the company who sent it they withheld it until they were ready to send it to my new bank and left me in a dilemma for days waiting for it to go in 'not only me but my young son also had to suffer waiting.
