Not only are their fashion options a very unique hybrid of modern american with traditional islamic, and not only is the quality of the clothing very superb, but their customer service and assistance is VERY personalized and polite. Any time I had a question that I emailed about, I got immediate assistance and resolution. I have bought from them multiple times over and intend to continue doing so!

My previous review was not the greatest. After my previous review I had an unexpected phone call from moomen from the brother Simon Mohammed. What a lovely brother he is he went above and beyond within his customer care to provide the rest off my refund because he cares about customer satisfaction. Furthermore he has also provided a discount for any future purchases that I make I cannot thank him enough for solving my issue that has now been fixed thanks to someone who understands customer care and not about the money or the clothing. Will attempt to purchase another set soon. No hate nothing but love for the business to thrive and grow. ❤️👍

Their products are second to none.
There aren’t many options for high end Islamic gear for men. Moommenn is a great product with all season halal gear and their customer service is also absolutely amazing.

I'm not a Muslim, but for whatever reason I've been seeing Moomenn's adverts on my Facebook feed for YEARS now. I always thought the matching sets, with t-shirt and three quarter length shorts looked pretty cool, and I figured I should try them out, so I went for a set in green khaki, and I LOVE it. I found the website very straightforward to use. I placed an order at lunchtime on a Tuesday, I got confirmation of shipping later that same day, and the package was delivered late morning the next day, for zero shipping charge. The items feel like they're good quality to me. I bought XL, which is sometimes a little too big for me, but the fit was perfect. My only very small reservation is that the clothes are perhaps slightly too expensive - but this is a minor issue, and in general I'd recommend you give Moomenn a go, as I've had an excellent experience. As I say, I'm not a Muslim, and I'll be walking around in clothes that (to my eyes at least) do look like they'd be specific to Muslim men. It will be interesting to see if the Muslim men and women I see out and about assume I'm also of their faith. Let's see!

Quality products, great customer service, great style, reasonable pricing, fast shipping... my only issue is items selling so fast I can't always get pieces or sets that I want. Hoping that'll improve as they grow... great company.

Amazing thobes/jubbahs - the kamihoodie i bought in 3 colours i liked. Wish they can release more colours as they all look so good.

the quality in the material is amazing and the pockets are great size. The hoodies design is great and fits nicely. I honestly love this thobe and I will be definitely be buying the other colours. The customer service was fantastic, the kept me informed on my delivery.

It has been a mixed experience. I ordered the day after Eid, and after reading reviews, contacted them a number of times with no reply. I waited longer than expected for my item and when it was finally delivered I received an email from them stating they were sorry for the delay and that I had “received the item before Eid”. Of course, I had not received the item by Eid. This indicates that they are disorganised and seemingly sending quite generic messages. The product itself is good quality - I would NOT say worth the price at all. The service, however, is the biggest problem. I can attest to the fact that it is not a scam website, but I can also attest to the truth of all the claims about poor service. I think they need to organise themselves into a functioning business and then start selling. As things stand I would recommend shopping elsewhere until they figure things out. I will reiterate, I was reasonably happy with the quality of the clothing (though I also had loose threads in many places).
