I actually love the moon bingo and sister sites. I don’t personally understand the bad reviews.
I don’t have luck on hear I’ve won about £100 and spent around 200.

Downloaded & played. Won a few times however where on earth do the winnings go? Haven’t had them. Wasn’t added to my balance on the app. Now I can’t withdraw my money left in there as I don’t want to pay for games and don’t receive winnings or know where they go. Not straight forward at all.

Totally useless. Games are tight barely get Bonuses ornfree spins during games. Also their.withdrawal is a joke. Says they approve in one working day. I made a withdrawal Wednesday before 4 pm and it got approved 5 pm Friday and still not actually sent to bank. Soamy other sites take literally cole of hours some are almost instant. Customer service tell u all different things depending who I speak to. Would not recommend at all.

It’s got good games and a fair payout but WHY does it take so long to pay out?! Other sites are instant. This one can take over a week for no apparent reason, despite saying it will attempt to process withdrawals within a day. There’s also no facility to check the progress of a withdrawal

An dreadful site. Avoid at all costs. Two days ago, I requested a withdrawal and it still hasn't been approved. When it is finally approved, I will have to wait 3-5 working days for it to hit my bank account, even though my bank supports faster visa payments. Customer service emails take up to 72 hours to respond. The games are normally empty with very few bonus rounds. Once my withdrawal is in my bank account, I will be closing my account!
