I returned my winter jacket on November 10th because the pocket was torn from the inside. It's been 6 weeks now, and despite multiple contacts with customer service via chat and phone, I'm told they can't do anything. This morning, when asking to speak to a manager, my request was denied. When I questioned the warranty and its clauses, they clearly stated they couldn't help me. This company has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I will file a complaint and request compensation from the Consumer Protection Office of Quebec. Avoid this company as they do not respect their customers' rights. Don't hesitate to file a complaint because they will not treat you with the respect you deserve, especially given the recent temperatures in Canada.

Ce matin, en demandant à parler à un responsable, ma demande a été refusée. Lorsque j'ai questionné la garantie et ses clauses, on m'a clairement indiqué qu'ils ne pouvaient pas m'aider. Cette entreprise a le pire service client que j'ai jamais vu. Je vais déposer une plainte et demander un dédommagement auprès du service du consommateur du Québec. Évitez cette entreprise, car ils ne respectent pas les droits de leurs clients. N'hésitez pas à porter plainte, car ils ne vous traiteront pas avec le respect dû, surtout compte tenu des températures enregistrées récemment au Canada.
I submitted a return request on the 11th of December (same day of delivery) and I’m still waiting for Moose Knuckles to let me know how to return the item.
Tried to contact the customer service on the following day and they told me: We will provide the necessary documents to return at our expense within 1-2 business days.
On the 19 of December I’m still waiting for them to fix the situation.
So, for the time being, I find myself with a very expensive jacket that doesn’t fit

They’re horrible when it comes to their apparent life time warranty.
Do not trust them. I showed proof of purchase etc and it did nothing.

Never trust their adds. Their asking price is five times more that their propogands.
When we called their customer service, although they had all information by special tag on the original winter coat, they asked the original recipt. Later we found it and send it to them with all photos the asked, but they justified by saying color is fading is done by us. Very shamful reply from their customer service: every user has a different impact on its wear.

Absolutely outdated delivery & return process. In addition to the long delivery time, no return label is enclosed with the parcel, this must be requested online. Technically, it would be no problem to issue it in the second of the request process. However, Moose Knuckles reserves the right to require 48 hours for this... You must provide all the details to avoid making a mistake when requesting the return label: order date, order number, invoice number, colour, size, model name, reason for return.... All unnecessary hurdles for the consumer to return the product...

Update on below review. They emailed me after weeks of chasing to tell me that the jacket I had ordered had sold out and they had cancelled my order. Such poor service don’t order from them.

Very poor quality, bought a Winter Jacket for 1100 euro. 1 year later it start to lose it collor.
2 years later, de jacket is worthless. Terrible service from Moose Knuckels. I feel like a real loser buying this jacket.
I have contacted customerservice.mooseknucklescanada.com - but I think that Moose Knuckles don't know what good service is for a jacket from 1100 euro new price. I advice to buy stone island or some other Italian brand, Knuckles is just a joke.

In 2021, I bought a $1000 coat from Moose Knuckles. They look great, but man, was I disappointed by the quality. During my second winter, the stitching below both armpits started to come apart. This was not a snug fitting coat and I only ever wore it to work or when I was out and about. I didn't shovel snow, or wrestle criminals in it. My Canada Goose coat, which I paid half the price for, has lasted me (no joke) 10 years.
To prepare my coat for wear this winter, I spoke to the store from where I bought it. They told me about Moose Knuckle's "lifetime" warranty that would be applicable to these kinds of defects. I reached out and provided what was required (front and back photos, photos of the torn area, RFID photo, etc) and almost immediately was told that nothing was wrong with the coat and that I should go to Toronto to have it fixed. WHAT? How, from those photos, were you able to determine it wasn't a manufacturing defect? Also, thanks for the useful Toronto tailor. I live in Burlington and would sooner drive off a cliff than go to Toronto. When I had issues with my Canada Goose Coat, one of which was my fault, they offer to have me send it back to them via courier. They fixed it, and sent it back to me in great shape.
Please do yourself a favour: If you are going to spend $1000 or more on a coat, DO NOT BUY A MOOSE KNUCKLES ONE!

100% garbage, if you want to be lied that’s the place to go, I purchased a $500 jacket and was told it has 100% lifetime warranty. Not even 6 month later it started tearing and they tell me it’s not their problem, improper care. Holly bazuka I treat my cloth like gold, it’s cheap garbage. Do not waist your money on Moose KNUCKLES.

I bought a parka from them last November 2022, so the item is still under warranty. For such an expensive item, you would think it has better quality, but how wrong I was. The logo/ emblem from the right shoulder has fallen off after only 2 months of wear. I finally remembered to email them about it recently and inquired about repair. Customer service was nice and gave me the address to return with one very significant caveat: I have to pay for the shipping cost, and they recommended that I put it on signature delivery, and stated that they're not responsible for what happens if the item gets lost.
So incredibly laughable. For a $1200.00 item, this brand produces poor quality products, and then doesn't stand by them. They make it the customer's burden to have to return it, and then washes their hands off the responsibility if something were to happen to the product apparently in between shipping. Ridiculous. I mean, don't get me wrong, the jacket is warm for sure, but for this kind of quality and poor customer service? I should've just gone with Canada Goose. So disappointing. Wouldn't recommend them and would instead recommend to spend your money elsewhere for better quality and value.
