Best jacket I've ever had. Worth every penny. Looks better and is warmer than the overrated Canada Goose.

Very nice quality jacket. Easily the best i’ve ever owned. Would highly recommend getting yourself one, and if you get lucky with a discount, you’d be getting a bargain!

The staff at the yorkville store were amazing.The garment came in, you could tell.It's high quality except the zippers on your garments are not necessarily the best

Very disappointed with my experience with Moose Knuckles. I ordered a jacket, but the size was not right, so I requested a refund on March 4th. Since then, I have made multiple phone calls and sent several follow-up emails, yet I still have not received any response or update on my refund.

For a brand of this reputation, I expected much better customer service and a smoother return process. The lack of communication and the extremely slow response time have been frustrating and disappointing. I trusted this company because of its strong name, but unfortunately this experience has left me very dissatisfied.

I would like to give them 0 if i could. horrible experience. I put a order during feb. they lost my package and promise to refund me. i never receive my refund. so i put a dispute from my bank and now the merchant contest it. what a shamless gesture. customer service is so slow. no help at all. i will never buy from moose knuckles ever.

I must say for a luxury brand they point blank suck . Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen they lack the basic principles of morality and empathy. they go straight to policy in order to shut you down . They do not care about you after purchase. The worst company ever I regret not going with Canada goose when I had the chance.

Avoid. I made an order and the order never arrived. After 6 weeks investigation they said they cannot do anything, basically they have robbed £297 off me. In the UK we have strict laws and the contract i made with Moose Knuckles was not met as the order was not delivered.

I ordered a jacket on January 2. After waiting several weeks, I was informed it was held by customs and required an additional €300 in fees, which defeated the purpose of purchasing it on sale. I refused to pay the charges and instructed customs to return the item to the sender.

Nearly a month later, DHL confirmed the jacket had been returned to the Moose Knuckles warehouse. When I contacted customer service, I was told my refund would be processed within 10 days. It has now been another month with no refund.

I have sent numerous emails and either receive generic responses stating someone is “working on it” or no response at all, leaving me waiting for weeks. This is, without question, the worst customer service I have experienced.

I ordered a jacket online and received a dirty one, and the most disgusting part is the collar is yellowing and it's very obvious, so it must be a displayed product or returned that has been worn, and they did not acknowledge that. Their customer service is really bad, the worst one that I have ever experienced.
I' writing this to let people beware when shopping with them, especially when you buy dark color jacket from online, you'll need to do a through check. As I bought a light color jacket, it's very obvious to see the yellowing in the collar, and be prepared for their bad customer service.

Ordered jacket 26th.Dec, it was not delivered for almost 3 full weeks so I decided to decline my package since too much time passed and I got the new jacket. Since it was declined, I didn't get my refund, now its 19. February. Lame service from them and the delivery service.

Ordered A Jacket from their site, Order was suppose to be processed in 2-4 business days and delivery takes 2-10 business days. However, Two weeks later and no update on the jacket. I contact them and they say that the jacket might be low in stock and they might cancel the order. This is absolutely ridiculous for a so called luxury brand. Why hold an order for over 2 weeks when you do not have the inventory?

I wish there was a zero out of 5 rating . This company has a poor business practice . I should have read the previous reviews here before buying a jacket from there online .
I experienced same frustrations stated here . The email they sent me when they got my jacket back(returned due to poor fit) stated that I should get my refund on my original form of payment ( my credit card ). However , they decided to give it back in a gift card instead . I made numerous phone calls ,was given a run around , no supervisor making a call back. I was very upset that on my last phone call( 4th try) , they magically managed to have me talk to a supervisor who was rude . I begged to have the company give my money back and the response was No exception . I even pleaded to make a one time courtesy exception and he was very heartless and insisted that a gift card is all they can offer . I felt like I was duped when I purchased from them in good faith. I’m still disputing this purchase in another way . This company is no good … leaves a bad taste . Hope this honest review helps deter people from purchasing from them online .

I can not disagree more with the bad reviews I’m reading. I ordered online so didn’t experience any customer support. The jacket I bought though was outstanding. The quality far exceeds my Canada goose jacket. It’s better in every way, I love my Canada goose jacket, that being said, the moose knuckles jacket has better filling, better stitching (by a huge margin) the zips are better quality, cuffs in the sleeves are better and overall the materials are on another level. I had a welenstyn jacket a third of the price of my Canada goose, that lasted 10 years of punishment on a farm. The Canada goose 4 years of normal wear and under the arm ripped, there is quite bad wear on the wrists. The moose knuckles however is extremely well made, so much so I ordered 2 more. I would say order a size smaller than you normally wear as they are slightly larger than expected but definitely not so much I had to send it back. This is my go too brand for jackets

Do not buy or support this company. The puffer jackets are extremely cheap and over priced. My one month old scratched easily and they don’t have warranty. I suggest you support Mackage. I bought Mackage jacket in 2017 and they fixed the issues this year. They have life time warranty. I REPEAT , DO NOT SUPPORT MOOSE KNUCKLES. WORST SERVICE OVER PROCED GARBAGE.

0 stars if I could rate them. No response after my return was received. My new purchase was simply put on hold with no further action, despite assurances that the case was escalated. Shockingly disorganized service for a “luxury” brand.

This company is terrible. I was looking for an alternative to Canada Goose. Their return policies are unreasonable - 14 days and can only receive gift card for any discounted item. Their customer service is terrible. It took me over a dozen phone calls and over 10 days to reach a manager/supervisor level. DO NOT buy from this company.

I ordered a coat by Mosse knuckles on Jan 19 20026 I haven't received my order
I called there customer service thy told me that thy don't know what happened to my order they will contact the team which might take one or two business days and I'll get back to me and let me know what's happening. Two days have been passed. No one called me back. I called again. The same representative picked up the phone and she told me I have no answer for your order. I'll escalator again about your order which might take another one or two business days. But in the meantime they took my money and I haven't gotten my
order so I asked if it's possible to get My money back. The answer was no. You have to wait till the team gets back to you. Do you think that this makes sense?

Save your money. Buy that Canada Goose jacket you were eyeing instead. I wish I had. I have owned my jacket since November 20, 2024. In that time, I have worn the jacket three times. The third time was when I discovered that the seam had opened along the arm on the inside. I contacted Mooseknuckle, explaining the situation, complete with images. They cited "normal wear and tear". So, in other words, these jackets break down after 3 wears. That's not great for the price. I won't be purchasing ever again.
