DO NOT ORDER. Company doesn’t exist, scam.

Trading as various names First Furniture is one of them. Ordered a chair only £20 cheaper than other outlets. So clearly didn’t look like a scam. Email confirmation came with different name on it for the company. Emailed got a response checking with suppliers. Now not answering emails or telephone calls. Having to claim back on my credit card.

Ordered a table that was never delivered. No contact from the company and no way of communicating as phone messages go to voicemail.... Which is full. Very disappointed

Ordered furniture a few weeks ago for 7/10 days delivery. Passed the date so called numerous times ( mailbox full ) and e mailed with no response. Visited the store today 16/2 ( still trading ) to be advised that they had gone into receivership last week and to make a charge back claim for the deposit from my credit card number. Noticed on the invoice they had given me when order placed that they had one digit wrong for my phone number. I'm now pretty sure that this was deliberate and they were aware of the situation at the time. Buyer beware. Do not even contemplate dealing with them and if you're waiting on an order that's unfulfilled you either need to claim from your bank as you'll get nowhere trying to call.

My recent experience with Morale Home Furnishings has been a nightmare. We ordered a dining table, which they failed to deliver on time. After cancelling the order, they promised a refund within 2-3 days but never followed through. Despite numerous assurances, they've yet to refund our money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Worst experience ever! My hard earned money and nothing to show for!!! I have called them numerous times and no answer, phone keeps ringing out! Have been to the store told me order on way but funny spoke to supplier and they have no order!!!! I will be visiting them again and demanding my money back! They are definitely planning to close down spoke to my friend who also ordered and it’s same story! Taking customers money with them! Anyone that’s ordered best get your money back before it’s too late!!!! The owners are not bothered and keep fobbing customer off!!! Be aware!!

Morale have a state of the art showroom to showcase their wide range of furniture, suitable for all tastes. This makes it so much more easier to select furniture rather than ordering online. Staff are very professional and extremely helpful. If you want the wow factor then visit morale, you will not be disappointed!

Having a place to go in Glasgow with such high quality product is very satisfying for me.

We are delighted with the new dining chairs that we have just received. We had been looking for the right dining chair for a while and the staff at Morale Home Furnishings went above and beyond to help us find the the chairs we wanted and in the exact colour to go with our dining table. We were kept informed at each stage and delivery was very prompt. Great service!

Have dealt with Christine on a couple of occasions and I have always found her to be extremely helpful and courteous. Both her and anoraks provide an excellent service and the attention to detail is second to none.

One of the best furniture shops I have been in. The staff all very pleasant especially Christine, who was very helpful and even ordered me more cushions for my sofa. The garden department is also great so I will be back soon.

I had ordered a dining table and chairs which were lovely. The owner even delivered the base to us after realising it was missing from delivery! I would recommend!

Good Communication about delivery, driver was very helpful carrying boxes to where we needed them, furniture was pretty easy go assemble and seems good quality as well. Definitely going to buy again
