The MacBook arrived in great condition, exactly as described, and I have a one-year warranty. You can really tell they care about quality and customer trust, not just selling products. Everything from the process to the delivery felt professional.

Stop buying on Back Market as they will sell you devices from this reseller that only works for a few weeks. Then when asking to fix or a refund they just say "out of guarantee" and send you back the broken item. Ending up losing Money but they make this "not being a scam" when its clearly the fact. Avoid at all cost.

Very bad service. I ordered a computer, that was "brand new". It was actually not. The battery heats a lot so I decided to send it back to Morandi Digital Solutions.
Two days after, I've got a message from Back Market telling me that my computer had been stolen, that I have to do a whole process by myself.
Very bad service.

I bought a macbook pro from them through Backmarket, and the first mistake was that they sent me another color, but the most worrying was that after 29 days, yes, only 29 days, the computer stopped working and I'm still waiting my money back but they put again the computer in sell! They not even answer but they try to sell again the computer I returned without even give me the money back!

Service was great, it is a one-man run business and the guy in charge is very nice. The Macbook Pro arrived safely.
However, after 2 months using the new Macbook Pro, it starts to bug and shut down at random moments, making me lose all of my data. Trying to get in contact with Morandi solutions again to use the Warranty but they are not answering.

I am from Slovenia and they agreed to send me a MacBook Pro, even tho they stated that they don't ship abroad. They responded very fast to my messages, and everything went well. The MacBook Pro 2015 I got works very well so far and I am very pleased.

Great communication and fast delivery. I was suspicious at first to buy a second hand laptop over the internet, but I am extremely pleased with the good price and speed of delivery! Great company all round
