What a fantastic company to deal with …
What a fantastic company to deal with and from start to finish the process has been made as easy as possible for my elderly, frail mum. The contractor who undertook the work was incredible. Not only was he a really lovely person, but he worked tirelessly to get the work done, was patient to the repeated questions from my mum, and took time to explain what he would be doing and when so that I could organise if and when mum would be better out of her home. On top of all this, he found some money put under a cupboard and forgotten about by my mum. He could easily have taken it without us even knowing it existed as I'd taken mum out, but instead he gave it to us when we returned. Thanks Passmore & thanks Sam, you're a gent.

Passmore excellent business principles
After a shaky start where the work was not up to the expected standard, the response from the Passmore team was positive and pro-active.
There was no trying to avoid the issues raised, as often can be the case once a company has sold you something.
The response of a company when something goes wrong tells you a lot about the underlying principles of the company. As far as I am concerned Passmore delivers what it promises, a top quality job, with minimum disruption, carried out by courteous staff who keep things clean and tidy.
Despite my 'local' difficulties, I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, Martin the bathroom fitter was brilliant, hard working friendly, I was worried about the building work starting at my parents bungalow as both my parents have memory problems and get stressed easily but everything was fine, because there is only one fitter they got used to him and everything was fine .. the finished bathroom is gorgeous, highly recommend

Very helpful and well informed staff throughout the whole process. Chris Wood kept me in the picture throughout the work being done, was trustworthy and finished when he said he would, leaving everything very neat and tidy. I am pleased with the result. A minor hiccup in the planning stage when my email needed a reminder before a response was received. I would recommend the firm to others.

Although we had a hiccup over unforeseen circumstances over the start date, we are extremely happy with our new shower room. This is really life-enhancing for our elderly Mother. The workman, Craig, who carried out the work could not have been more helpful, professional, clear in his communications, considerate and just a thoroughly nice man to have in your house! We would definitely recommend Passmore's .

The quality of the work carried out was good but communication was poor. What was promised to be a ten day job took two months.

The delay I understand was due to the late delivery of a window frame for your new bathroom which went over the Christmas period. However please accept my sincere apologies for this element of the job. T Passmore, Managing Director.
A pleasure in spite of all difficulties
I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant or competent tradesman than Alan. Although he met tremendous unforeseen difficulties, which made the job very challenging, he worked to find solutions. The solution to the problem with the soil pipe was grim due to its siting by the original builder. Alan was up to his arm in muck sawing off original piping to make a new conection. It was a foul job (excuse the pun), but whatever he felt privately, he was cheerful and positive throughout.
He also make a very professional job of wall boarding and plumbing in the shower, sink and closomat toilet. He worked with me to make the best use of the space. We had to deviate from the original plan.
How Alan manage to turn the chaos of the early days into a very attractive and practical bathroom, suitable to cope with my severe disability, is a wonder.
Tha electrian also worked hard to find a workable solution to the problem of providing wiring to isolate the peer supply needed for the toilet. Another pleasant young man.
The floor fitter also made a very effective job with the non slip flooring. This is something I would certainly recommend.
I am so glad I was signposted to the Passmore Group.

Excellent service
Despite having changed the original property we received excellent service from very helpful staff. The standard of work was exactly what we expected and of very high quality. Would definitely recommend this company as efficient and good value. Was able to leave the workman on his own for several days.

As a company who prides itself on our reputability and reliability it's always great to here that a 5* service has been delivered by our courteous and friendly team.
Good in the main but a few niggles spoilt our overall satisfaction.
We needed a lot of work doing and continuity of workers suffered. Never felt that we had "our" workman/men.Very often workmen would fit things and disappear without checking them or seemed unaware about fitting specialist disabled products.
We spent a lot of time chasing up the company which , for the price we were paying, should not have been necessary.
Irritating to be confined to using only manufacturers that Moreability dealt with.
Building team threw away doors and fitment which we wanted to keep.
We were unhappy with the quality of the drop down handrail recommended, which was not stable or fit for purpose. Moreability did go to some lengths to find a replacement for this.

Several of our own tradesmen worked on this complex project that had a mix of specialist building works carried out alongside the new bathroom installation. Very satisfied with the finished article.
We had a wet room installed and new toilet and hand basin also tiled throughout and we are extremely pleased with the quality finish and the workmanship throughout, everywhere was kept tidy during the work experience and Joe, our assigned tradesman was courteous at all times. After the work was completed we also had a follow up visit from the director of the company to inspect the job and to see if we had any problems, we would definitely recommend the Passmore company to friends and relations.

Very pleased with the work
Sam did a very good job and has provided us with the shower room we wanted. When I reported difficulties with the heating he responded very well to our need even though he was not well himself.

Fantastic service and beautiful end product
I absolutely love my new wetroom converted from a regular shower room to accommodate my needs. I couldn't get my wheelchair through the door which was widened with minimal disruption so even the wallpaper wasn't affected. From initial visit from the surveyor from Pass more to the end product it only took weeks for it to be completed and I am so happy with the end result. The way the wetroom has been planned has changed the whole look of the room which wasn't huge to start with. It looks spacious with so much room for my wheelchair and family members to help. The finishing and attention to detail is wonderful. The quality of the whole room has given it a luxurious look. Every aspect is fully accessible for me which was important. I would recommend Pass more to all my friends and family as it is very high quality work with fantastic service and professionalism.
