The one area you seem to have fallen…
The one area you seem to have fallen short on is the fact that the spindle size is smaller than the handles in the UK so this leaves the situation where the item cannot be used in the UK.
That aside, there is no spindle in the box anyway!

Thank you for taking my call today to go through this issue with you and explain what is wrong. As mentioned over the phone the item you’ve order isn’t built for handles and normally is for Bathroom Privacy locks. This is the reason for the spindle being the smaller size and we have tried to state online in the description which item this was built for
If you’re ever are unsure of something or need advice in the future then please feel free to contact us. Myself and other members of staff within More handles have years of experience within Ironmongery and there’s not much we can’t help with

Very happy with the oak wooden cupboard/drawer handles for a new kitchen & felt they were a good price. Yet to fit the Rim locks & door handles but have no reason to believe they wont be very satisfactory.
Delivery slightly delayed due to an oversight but no harm done - just required a chase up phonecall. Very pleasantly dealt with & delivery arrived next day.

Excellent service. Online order was packaged well and arrived in very good time. The handles we chose were perfect - a good weight and nice style.
The after-service is excellent too. We purchased some hooks that werent quite right, telephoned to ask if they could be exchanged and was sent a returns email immediately - no quibbles. Very helpful and pleasant chap on the other end of the phone.

My wondow stays represent excellent…
My wondow stays represent excellent value for money. The screws supplied with the stays are very poor quality metal.
The stays are coated in a clear varnish whish blocks the slots and has to be removed to enable free operation.
