Good value policy.

I purchased the insurance online but did not receive any policy documents. However, the company contacted me straightaway once I raised the issue and provided me with everything. The policy is very reasonably priced and is better value than many others that I researched.

Hit and miss on renewals

Excellent member of sales team helped me on my expensive renewal. He couldn’t have been more helpful. So 5* for him. The 3* rating from me was the renewal price had doubled to over £1300 for only £2k cover which was totally appalling and I couldn’t justify that cost. I also have an excess and co-payment of 20% too. Cheapest option was to start a new policy but it didn’t cover the one condition my dog had.

Abysmal service with no empathy…

Abysmal service with no empathy whatsoever. They promised to look into my complaint about my treatment, even replied on Trust pilot promising the earth and have done nothing.
But it looks good underneath a poor review.
My pet dog ate something and was extremely ill requiring drips and a stay at the vets. She was excreting large amounts of blood and was extremely dehydrated.
To help the dog recover the vet prescribed a Probiotic paste to aid recovery.
On settlement the company despite deducting 45% from the bill would not pay the £27 for the probiotic apparently as its excluded in the small print ??
They have proved to me that they are absolutely unsuitable to use to insure a pet.
If i could leave less than a 1 start review i would.
Best of luck if you choose to take Pet insurance out with them, lets hope you do not have to claim !!

The premium to renew was £1000 but on a…

The premium to renew was £1000 but on a comparison website also with morethan was £450 for exactly the same policy. I advised that this marketing approach was longer acceptable and in breach of consumer duty . The answer I got was that my dog was one year older . When I explained that it was the same dog on both quotes she didn't get it.

Pet Insurance Enquiry

Pet Insurance Enquiry
The person that I spoke to was pleasant,knowledgeable and friendly. She answered my many questions with patience and good humour. There was no pressure to buy the policy and she ensured that I was happy with the cover fir my pets. The price was really good and the cover excellent.

Total garbage and impossible to…

Total garbage and impossible to contact. I pay by direct debit but have no policy details sent to me after the automatic renewal. Impossible to communicate with them. Endless emails wanting reviews none of which accept a reply. Their chat system does not work, Their email contact wants a policy number before continuing. Yeah, right. I want to find out my policy number. They never seem to answer the phone and opening times are different on different pages. God help me if I actually wanted to make a claim. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU POSSIBLY CAN

My pet insurance renewal

My pet insurance was up for renewal , I have autism , learning difficulties and other mental health problems- and the lady I spoke with on the phone named Louise Hale was absolutely brilliant with me , she fully took the time to understand me and made reasonable adjustments for me , she was brilliant , I’d highly recommend her to other customers who have the same or similar problems , she spent extra time on the phone with me , and really took the time out to help me and to go through things with me.
