Do not pay any upfront fees as extensive work will be done and if u decide to stay away u wont get the money back😤 What a joke company
So at early stage I was really keen to get on with it .. Spoken with John over the phone and discussed all my needs .. pay upfront fee (can’t get it back so far) and signed a engagement letter without even reading it as for a Ltd company payroll it is must have , so just signed it with a trust it must be included in the quotation received over phone after full description of my company needs. When comes to welcome call things get changed quite a bit . We went thru over couple of questions and when comes up to the payroll I hear like is not included in my quotation received?? WTH ? All clearly discussed and pointed and somehow my company has no payroll in the tailored plan. Defo i wouldn’t go ahead without it. Later on was offered in some point but when I approached issue like this at the very first stage makes me feel like nah I do not want to get involved. Situation like me being discharged from bankruptcy to be discussed with director? No clue what this have to do at all with accounting but it if I was able to form the company where potential issue can be? And situation when I am a bit broken after overspending and waiting nearly a week for a refund it is ridiculous. Worldpay should proceed with it at the merchant request max 1-2 days by my knowledge. Can’t say nothing about the service but all I got after the phone call was amount of my monthly fee without any explanation what is what isn’t included in it. That’s all I have to say. Not a good experience from my point of view 😔Buhaha just been contacted by them and informed that John has conducted extensive work and the fee stated next to the payment link meant to be for month November service. Laughing laud😂😂😂😂

3 years on and still being impressed
I have been a More Than Accountants client for over 3 years and they continue to impress me every year. The firm does Corporate taxes, payroll and self assessment for me, my wife and our investment company.
General Admin: MTA provide registered address services and any letters received l is scanned and emailed to me in a timely manner.
Accountancy services: Hasrat Zaman is my accountant and he is amazing. Hasrat is incredibly knowledgeable (I am a corporate accountant by trade but don't have time to do my own taxes and the admin around it, as such, I review and go through all the calculations done by Hasrat and the numbers and explanations have been spot on - I previously had a high street accountant and they were not good, I effectively ended doing my own accounts). The service I get is exceptional, almost always get to speak to Hasrat. I have recommended MTA to my friends and they have told me how brilliant the service has been.
