What an amazing service! Ian at Morethanav is simply THE BEST reseller of Bang and Olufsen equipment. Highly knowledgable and so helpful, I found the purchase of my upgrade to B&O MK3 Beosound 9000 and BL 5's to be a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I had previously brought from Morethanav in 2009 and the Beosound 3000, Mk2 BL8000's, and BL2 are still going strong without fault 16 years later and I have now passed it all on to my son! I would highly recommend this seller to everyone, it is the first stop when buying B&O. Thank you to Morethanav !

Fraud. This site doesn't exist. They put things on the site for sale but you can't buy them. I informed them there was no drop down to buy product I went on WhatsApp and asked about a mmc2 cartridge and rang about a B&O 7000 system for sale but there was no description on the web page, the correspondence just asked was i in the uk on whatsapp and after finding a phone number I rang Ian about thr 7000 system who said he would ring me back he never did, the second time I rang him he told me they wouldn't sell for the monies that was quoted on their own web page and wanted 4 times the price that was quoted he just wanted me to pay over the phone and not on any secure web page or PayPal app and said he would ring me back but, never did, when I wouldn't pay I have blocked all to do with this site. If this is an old site they should update their site or take it down. They seem to be giving false information

Ian and his team were excellent. They went out of their way to collect and deliver, gave very good advice and went beyond in servicing my B & O speakers. Highly recommended. Additionally they were trustworhy and efficient.

My experience contrasted to the experiences on other reviews. Thus far I am delighted with my purchase

Dealt with these guys a few years back (as you'll see on Google reviews) and to mirror what was said there both Ian Grace and Mr Grace Sr took what was a fairly simple problem of old speaker foam cracking on 2 sets of speakers we purchased and turned it into a massive drama. We requested repairs under the terms of the warranty and after repairing the first set they literally took the second set hostage because they believed I had sent them someone else's speakers, despite everything being verifiable via the SN. They maintained that never could such an event happen so I must be up to something. Great... between that and the barbs both of them aimed at me it was a hilariously amateurish experience. It was especially peculiar at the time especially given I was actually working with Bang & Olufsen at that point.
Anyway, both of them are complete crackpots, tread carefully.

I advertised my Tv for sale on eBay was contacted by Ian Grace the arrogant man who seems to run this so called business, bragging about his million pound stock & how he’s buys this sells that blah blah blah with your typical salesman bull s**t!!

Anyway we agreed to sell this cowboy 3 BV10s 2x 32 & 1x 46 one.
He had me remove them from eBay & agreed to come collect them at the weekend, once removed from eBay his attitude changed & he kept making excuses & trying to stall the collection/sale. This went on for a week or so before finally telling me he was coming to Manchester to buy some other bits off a B&o dealer there (which I also knew) so we agreed I would take the TVs to this dealer & Ian would collect them from there.
Again significant time passes again & Ian hadn’t been in touch since & hadn’t got
In touch so I decided to re list them on eBay as this guy was clearly a tyre kicker.
As you can image it didn’t take me long to attract new buyers & I sold the Bv10-32 & 10-46 straight away leaving just 1x Bv10-32 still with this dealer for the time being until I could arrange a time to collect it back. Now at this point a good 2/3 weeks had gone past & I again listed this one ebay & sold it straight away. I contacted the dealer in Manchester to arrange collection ONLY to find this Sly man from Morethanav has been & collected my Tv without telling me & without even attempting to make any kind of payment.
So not very happy he’s gone behind my back & taking my tv knowing dam well where it was being stored I contacted him & asked him to send me payment ASAP & asked also why he’s taking this almost a week ago without asking or telling me & at what point was he planning on getting in touch to even let me no.
All I got from him was a series of abusive messages about how much stock he buys & sells followed by I DONT want your tv you can have it back!!!
So I said OK that’s fine as I’ve actually sold it for almost double the price he offers anyway & I suggested he bring it back ASAP as one I have a buyer for it now & 2 he shouldn’t even have it without me agreeing anyway (he had no right)
He then proceeded to tell me to go Fu*k myself & advised me he’ll bring it back if & when he’s passing Manchester again..

I explained this is not happening & you don’t actually have any rights to have my tv in your possession as you have taken it without my consent or without making any kind of payment & you have actually STOLEN this tv. He has now blocked me & refusing to reply to any kinds of my communication attempts.
I’ve now had to call the Police & report this as a stolen tv & go through this stress of a police investigation now.

THIS COMPANY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED & I URG ANYONE ABOUT TO
DEAL WITH THEM TO STAY CLEAR IVE SPOKEN TO SEVERAL B&O stores since & have had nothing but bad comments about this man Ian Grace & his bully boy tactics & bad business practices.

Great chat before the purchase but once I had received my goods that never worked they continued to blame me until i found out that the Beosound 5 i purchased can no longer store cd info or album artwork or link to the internet due Bang and Olufsen making their metadata (cd info/artwork) obsolete before my purchase. System fails to perform its music cd storage ability!

Not good quality looked like a dog had chewed the remote control tbh with no security electrical checks
