Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, I placed an order and made a mistake on the size, send a mail to customer service to cancel the order, and they still ship the item. They told me once is placed you are unable to cancel or change, they make me pay a return fee and shipping charges.

Poor customer service and sustainability concern

I enjoy the clothes, however Morris' customer service and concern for sustainability is simply terrible. I bought 10 items from their online store and a week after, all the items were placed on sale. I contacted Morris customer support and requested a refund in accordance with the sale prices, however they told me they would not do this. I even specified that I would be satisfied with receiving the amount as a voucher in their store, but they also declined me this. They then told me I had to return the full order and then reorder the same items if I wanted to get the items at sale prices. Not only is this terrible customer service towards a loyal customer, but it is also complete disregard of sustainability and the environment. Morris would rather have the order shipped back and forth 3 times, causing three times as much pollution, instead of providing a voucher on the order. I have been a loyal customer and fan of Morris' products for a long time and I expected the company to be better than this. Seems I have been mistaken and the treatment I describe in this review will likely keep me from ordering anything from them again. This is unfortunate, as I enjoyed the clothes.. I would not recommend Morris to anyone else either...

I rarely purchase anything from the…

I rarely purchase anything from the internet, I prefer to see, feel the quality before parting with my money. As luck would have it MORRIS has a fabulous reputation and without trepidation knew you would deliver what I expect. Clear indications regarding size, material, design and cost gave the assurance I needed. The negative, for me is the use of Klarna. But thanks.

I am a new customer

I am a new customer, so it was really hard to exactly know my size as it defers from brand to brand. I like your collection, so I decided to visit the store in Gothenburg to try the cloth on myself. First, not all what appears in the website are available in the store. Second, not all the sizes were available in the store as well, especially the XXXL. Not a single piece of cloth in the store with that size, although it is available in the online store. I just wanted to try the shirt and t-shirt on myself before buying it, but I could not.

Wrong sizing...

I have ordered knitwear/pullovers from Morris before, and both times I have ordered size XXL. They have both fitted me perfect. I did so again, but the delivered cardigan & merino pullover was way too big this time. I therefore had to return the two items. I have definetely not changed size/become smaller since last time, so this has to do with the sizing of these items. Your sizing system should be consistent, so this problem could have been avoided.

In order to widen our merino assortment, they now come in two different fits - one standard and one "relaxed fit" which is slightly wider. The case might be that you previously bought the standard fit and this time the relaxed fit. You're very welcome to contact our customer support and they will help you change to the one you want. Great place to shop

Great place to shop. Always high quality products with fast and free delivery (2-4 business days i think, usually no more than 3).

Also, they work very well with their sales, leaving a heads-up to subscribing customers, while also offering an immediate 50% off. No 20-30-50 steps, just the discount you are expecting right off the bat. Thats appreciated!

Only drawback for me is a bit unconcistency with the sizes. However, returns are easy and free (i think?), and that also include discounted buys.

Very reccomended, and great service!

5 Stjerner til kvalitet og oplevelser

Prices are on the high end BUT when you receive your order and see the quality of material and design you will understand why. and if you are running on a low budget keep an eye on the offers.

Free fast shipping on orders over DKK 500 or 70 euros and free return with an engaging and responsive customer service.

PS. I would recommend ordering your size and size up on slim fit and custom fit designs, see which one fit you and send the extra back

CX with Morris

The first part of the Customer Experience (CX) is great. From transaction to paying to relatively swift delivery (although quite annoying that you can't select a drop off point closer to home).
The second part of the CX is where Morris lose points: quite long refund process after return acknowledgment (so far already beyond 72h!!) --> that's why this is for me an average 3/5.
Your downstream slow handling penalizes the great upstream performance. Good news: there is room for improvement.

Worst costumer service ever

Worst costumer service ever. I have been trying to get my money back for over 2 weeks after my order got canceled!! I still haven't recieved my money back.

Would not recommend to buy here.
