Really pleased with the service from WiseOne and especially Carl Bowler. Me and my partner have just bought our first house and used the HTB scheme. We didn't know much about the process and were unsure if we would even be considered due to my partners credit having defaults a couple of years ago. We found a property that we loved and were given Carl's contact details with the assurance that he was the best and that was correct. Carl guided us through the process, answered every phone call and every frantic text message at whatever time or day of the week. We first contacted Carl at the end of August and today on the 13th of Oct we have exchanged contracts on our future home! If anyone is unsure about being eligible for buying a house for the first time, Carl is the man to contact.

She is friendly, conscientious, and outstanding at her job and I couldn't of wished for anyone better to have helped me through this process. She deserves a medal.

MortgageWise offered a personal service, showing a desire to assist and ensure that matters were resolved. I took out a Lifetime Mortgage through them in order to purchase a house and received good and clear advice and options.
Even after a failed purchase they maintained this service throughout my purchase of another property. Their own internal processing of my application was rather slow, but this is my only qualification. The back-up from their office-based Completions Administrator was superb: showing concern for my situation by chasing matters up and keeping me informed.

The team at Mortgage Wise offered excellent service by painting clear communication during my reportage process, they made what can be a stressful process easy and worry free. Highly recommend!
