A friend referred Adam for Remortgage. The interest rates were about to increase next week. Adam quickly collected all details and submitted the application just within a few days and secured the best rate possible at that time. Rates increased a couple of times after that but my rates stayed as it is. Along with the rates, the difficult part was to get additional borrowing for house renovation and finally got the amount I needed in such a difficult climate. Thanks to Adam's hard work and pulling it off.

This was my first mortgage on my own and I wasn't always sure what I needed to do, what happened next etc. Adam was great at 'holding my hand' throughout the process, and was patient when I asked, what was probably, very silly questions. He suggested the best mortgage options for my situation and I trusted him to pick the right one. He kept me informed throughout the process and I'd absolutely get further mortgages through him, and recommend him to others.

We were worried that, during times of inflated rates, we wouldn't be able to afford the new house we wanted. However, Adam offered great advice, came up with some great options and ultimately secured a great mortgage product for us.

Adam always made time for us, to answer any queries we had and was always very accommodating when trying to fit in appointments around our working schedule.

Adam was recommended to me by my Colleagues at work and my Daughter and Son in Law. From the start of my journey in becoming a home owner, Adam could not have been more helpful, keeping me up to date with any communication related to being accepted for a mortgage. He was outstanding and always dealt with any queries professionally and courteously. Adam went over and above in securing the mortgage and I will be going back to him when my mortgage is due for renewal so I can get the best deal. Adam also delivered a small box of little treats to welcome me to my new home, which was not expected, but so grateful to him.
