I visited yesterday for an early evening meal after many weeks of getting my late grandparents house ready to go on the market. I was feeling quite drained and emotional so just wanted to chill out and sit down to a nice meal. I certainly wasn't disappointed! The staff were lovely, very welcoming and accommodating and even though I chose to eat in the public bar area, it was peaceful and relaxing. The food (I chose lasagne) was absolutely superb. This place was a favourite of my late grandmother many years ago and, in my opinion, still holds that same attraction. Set in the beautiful grounds surrounding the Mosset pond, it really is one of the best places in the area to relax and enjoy a lovely meal or a few drams

Lovely place and staff attentive and friendly.....been a few times with family and always enjoy the gorgeous food ...fab choice ..We had ..2 of us....bread and butter pudding but sorry to say it was tasteless and very stodgy and at £8 each was very expensive for a dish which costs under £1 a portion to make 🤔😒but any other food we had was lovely

Yet another meal at the Mosset Tavern and again they excelled. Food was delicious and for the children in our party, a very good children’s menu. Do eat there - you won’t be disappointed.

Had the carvery last Sunday, along with my friend. High quality food at reasonable prices. Fantastic menu, great value and choice.

Went for a Sunday lunch as a party of 4 adults with myself as Coeliac and my daughter as dairy-free. From start to finish, staff could not have been more helpful. Simply brilliant. From a well-labelled menu, to staff coming back from the kitchen and explaining any additional info. They go out of their way to use gluten free ingredients where they can e.g. gravy for their carvery meals. I tried their carvery selection and it was great. They even had a bouncy castle to entertain the kids and although busy, they just couldn’t do enough to help, start to finish. Definitely a place to try out and will be my go-to, from now on.

This restaurant has a gorgeous location, the decor is to a high standard and the customer service is fantastic. It's proper old school customer service, where all staff are very polite and extremely helpful.
The food is absolutely delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. It's honestly one of the best restaurants I've been to.

The food is really good and high quality and its a very family friendly place with lots of things for kids such as little activity bags and sometimes a bouncy castle for the kids. Some of the food is a little overpriced but overall the place is great and I recommend giving it a visit
