I tried to close a €0 account and support forced KYC via the cashier, despite having previously deposited/played (and withdrawn) without verification. When I told them I was underage, they asked for my parents’ ID + selfie instead of immediately stopping and closing the account — huge red flag.

I won a tournament advertised as paying real cash, but the prize was given as bonus funds with wagering requirements, and support wouldn’t fix it. The sports betting odds are much lower than other reputable sites, and my withdrawal took over 12 hours. I withdrew my balance and won’t be returning.

Beware of this casino and their general group of partner casinos!
