Report to trading standards. Feels like a scam legitimised by sneaky tactics and loopholes. I’ve never seen the £60 I paid.

This so called company is a total waste of time don't use these to be vouchers i raised a complaint weeks ago all you get is a repeating email that dose not address my complaint at all & no offer of good will to get things sorted SO I REPEAT DONT BUY VOUCHERS FROM THEM.

Don’t bother wasting your time with these clowns

Numerous times I have brought a gift card for Marks Spencer and it takes 48 hours to process as they need to do a security check before releasing!!! Even though I’m a high value spender so my activity is not abnormal but their systems do not see this.

If I buy then I need it NOW. NOT 48 hours later once what I wanted is now sold out!

Won’t be buying these gift card credits anymore. Too much headache.

I cannot believe this company is still operating. Would have given no stars if I could. There was a problem with my voucher (lifestyle ). I have called them and emailed them. Twice Shuhena has been due to call me to sort the problem. She didn’t call yesterday between 9 and 10 and only emailed late in the afternoon giving me a couple of options of when I was available for her to call. I opted between 9 and 9.30 this morning. It is now after 10 o’clock and no call. This was a present from my son and I am unable to use it.

Weeks old IT problem with lifestylevoucher site, can't log on.

Too slow between payment and receiving voucher code email; by the time they processed it the item I wanted to buy was out of stock but I was left with the voucher.
