Helpful advice given in store regarding short summer gloves. Very happy.

I recently visited Motolegends to purchase a Shoei Neotec 3 helmet, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
Joe provided a personal fitting service that was second to none. He took the time to adjust and change the helmet linings to ensure the helmet fitted perfectly, making sure I was completely comfortable and confident with my purchase.
I also decided to add the communications unit, which Graham expertly fitted and installed for me. He then took the time to thoroughly explain how everything worked, which was greatly appreciated and made getting started incredibly easy.
The service I received from everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Nothing felt rushed, and the team clearly take pride in ensuring customers leave with the right equipment and a perfect fit.
To top it all off, I found the helmet cheaper online elsewhere and, thanks to Motolegends' PriceBeat promise, they not only matched the price but gave me a further 10% off. That was a fantastic result and demonstrated their commitment to offering great value as well as exceptional service.

I've been a customer for many years and unaware that ML limited the numbers in the premises. They are a 1 hour drive from my home and on this occasion, having been parked on the M25 for an hour, I was running late. To then be told that the shop was full was really tiresome and put me under pressure to make later meetings. Ultimately I was only delayed by a further 15 minutes.
BUT - I understand why ML do this. Next time I'll make sure I have more time.
As ever, the service was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Plus, they have a lot of stock in many styles and in every size so there's a very high probability you'll get what you want.

Only place to go from now on! A mate is getting back into biking after 30 years...couple of hours with Rob and Chris was informative and very helpful. We'll be back to buy the full shabang!!

We went to buy a Neotec lid for my son and get a PFS to make sure it fitted as perfectly as possible. Joe was extremely helpful. Unfortunately the colour scheme was not available in the shop. But they got it delivered to them the next day and they shipped it out that same afternoon. Due to an error on my part, it was shipped to the wrong postcode. Once I realized this, the only way to remedy this was (not via the useless courier website) by ringing Motlegends who managed to get the lid sent to a pick up point close to where we were on the Saturday (which was our last day in England). It couldn't have been cut finer, but it all worked out. And this is all down to the quality service from Motolgends. I can't recommend them enough.

As ever great customer service, no hard sell, just good honest advice, I bought a pair of Klim gloves to replace my worn out ones. Tried on quite a few pairs before settling on the same glove that I had worn out 👍 I have been a customer for well over 10 years and never been disappointed 👌

I arrived, at the shop, on a very warm day, was welcomed in and offered a cup of tea and a biscuit.
The service was as usual excellent, I was looking for a jacket that was more suitable to the current heatwave. Started by trying on a Halvarssons jacket which was very nice, unfortunately the sleeves were a tad short. So moved on to the Klim Marrakesh, with a full demonstration of the layering thrown in, not really the weather for wearing a down jacket under the Marrakesh, but point made.
Absolutely no pressure to buy anything, the emphasis being more making sure everything fitted correctly and that I was happy. And when I enquired about what trousers to pair the jacket with it was suggested that maybe with the riding I do, it might be better to wait and ride with the jacket for a while first.
The held waterproof jacket was out of stock so keeping an eye out for that to come back in stock. Also walked out with a new pair of glove to replace a worn out pair.

Purchased these Held Ventuma short style boots to replace my current shorty boots that had gone well beyond their “sell by date”. Wouldn’t normally buy footwear on line but had full confidence doing so from Motolegends due to previous experience with them. Always prompt delivery and top notch customer service and advice.
Happy with my new boots, comfortable on and off the bike with a reassuringly protective feel, and will probably hang on to these ones for far too long.

I bought a simple item, some leather conditioner. The package was shipped ASAP, like they wasted no time. The item was packed insanely well, much greater than most packages I get delivered. The invoice was folded and inside of an envelope. Such a simple thing, but the attention to detail and thought behind this is remarkable. It sounds goofy to say it that way, but this is just not something I come across often and I get tons of deliveries (daily).

I highly recommend Motolegends.com, I am extremely impressed by their work ethic.

Moto lends by name Moto legends by nature. Great experience. IAM on their mailing list for life. You should be too. Read a recommendation of the spidi joggers & got the sense they might actually be good. They where spot n. Also purchase a spidi leather jacket in a sale for 100 quid off. That was perfect too. Even had a hillariuos cheesey mission controll log o on the right arm. Stupid but funny. Great exoepernce would highly recommend Moto Legends and a big thanks to everybody there. I went to try a Klím Marrakesh jacket. They had the size and colour I wanted and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful, as ever. The jacket is excellent and is deservedly recommended by Motolegends. It’s a bit of a trek from Essex, but well worth the effort.

I have not been out in the item yet they fit very comfortably I’m talking about the Marrakesh pants the staff of moto legends have always been extremely helpful I have a week off next week so I shall be out on my bike wearing them.

First let me say I love the service I get from Motolengends. They arw the most knowledgeable and reliable company you could use and I will be buying for them again. However, this time, when buying online, they saw me as a new customer when I have been buying stuff from them for a long time. I got a letter just after Christmas to say that I was a valued customer and would be entitled to a 5% discount on all future purchases. I then ordered some items expecting the discount to be applied at checkout, only to then receive a second set of marketing emails. So now I get two sets of emails every time they post. Great products but please sort the technology out.

I got an email from Motolengends two days after posting this review. Turns out I signed again without realising and had two accounts. They contacted me explained what I’d done and then gave me my loyalty discount. What service. I have now changed there rating to 5 star and if I could make it 6 I would.

An intriguing introduction it was as I round the corner after an hours drive to see the Motolegends shop sign and exterior… I ask myself, I’m sure this is the entrance but the door was locked, emm is it open! Not having my glasses I squint at a sign, ‘ring the bell’ and a few minutes wondering a young shop assistant welcomes me and I feel like ‘Mr Benn’ did in those bygone adult kids cartoons… so wonderful and such an absolute pleasure to spend time in the ‘Mr Benn’ shop, fitting rooms and staff of Motolegends and just to have the legend himself Chris do the honours was a trip worth taking, it almost felt like Chris had a Fez somewhere to wear! Festive Road came to be that day… a real life adventure… thank you for your service

Rode over to try a waterproof over jacket for a forthcoming Ireland trip. Very pleased with the Richa jacket. It folds up small enough but is substantial enough to use off the bike.
