Scam

As others have said, i advertised a vehicle online, and was contacted by a potential purchaser who requested i get a UKIR report from this website (£25) before they came to view the vehicle. I should have trusted my instincts and/or checked here first but i paid for the report which claimed it was all ok. Sadly, when i had another viewer come to view it, they did their own HPI report which showed the vehicle was a cat n write off and they walked away.
I now feel doubly stupid; first for buying the vehicle without doing my own HPI check, and then secondly for falling for the scam.
Dont make the same mistake!
