Appaling ticketing system

Appaling ticketing system, tried to book tickets for the Prodigy, got to the front of the queue each time only to have the system crash each time. A company of this size should have IT systems which are fit for purpose.

Appalling customer service

This venue has appalling customer service. They are quite happy to wait until they have sold all the over-priced, tacky, merchandise and raked in the taking from the bars, etc, before choosing to randomly cancel performances at the last minute.

Earlier this year they pulled this scam, to ruin the magic of #PawPatrol for lots of excited, and then tearful, children.

This week they chose to repeat the scam on fans of #ndubz.

Once they have scammed their audience they refuse to refund all the consequential losses they have caused (from transport costs, hotel bookings, dining, etc).

It is a venue to be avoided with a 10' barge pole.
