I bought a van that unfortunately developed some issues which weren’t covered by the warranty. Richard stepped in and personally covered the cost of the repairs, which I really appreciated. His support and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier. I genuinely couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Purchased a van a couple of weeks later developed a fault spoke to Richard who agreed to pay for issue to be repaired.
Emailed him the bill paid immediately no quibble, great service, highly recommended

Bit of a minefield choosing a second hand van, not so with Richard and his team. I bought a great vehicle and the service has exceeded my expectations all the way through. I've had a small issue that nobody could have foreseen, Richard has covered this with absolutely no quibbles, first class service and contact.

AVOID AVOID AVOID bought a van from this company 6 months ago. drove 2 hours home with the right front tire on a slow puncture impossible to know until i walked out in the morning and saw it, week later the wheel bearing went, thought these could be coincidence, six months later i have just had it pre MOT and coincidence it really is not, NSF drop link, OSF drop link all break pipes ,two shockers , hole in exhaust EMC warning lights, this is stuff that all should be checked and no problems for a van you pay £6,000 for "have no problems with this ever " i was told. with this the tire I'm well I'm this van nearly 8 grand , not to mention the van was lovely and bright when viewed over polished , this is due to the fact the second it wore of the van side is full of scratches and half the paint is peeling off. the gear box needs a new mount and not to mention new injectors and glo plugs , which has not been quoted yet. stay away from these cowboys !!

Been looking for a merc citan for a while before I found one at 24/7 it looked very clean and tidy for year and in the price range what suited me very pleased with purchase friendly service had small issue after sale which got sorted promptly no issues great service would definitely use again and recommend

Having followed this page for over a year and seeing the reviews on the quality vans they do i finally found my dream with them, a sprinter with just 60k on and knew I had to have it , drives like a dream so happy and would not hesitate to use again and recommend these

I was looking for a quality van to purchase and searched the internet websites to find a suitable vehicle for a client. Being in the car business myself I would like to think I am able to distinguish a genuine dealership to a bad one to source the right van. I came across Motors 247 who were selling a Fiat Doblo which fit the bill. Visiting I found Richard the owner to be professional and friendly. The van looked fabulous and was very well presented and correctly priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Motors 247 if you are looking for a great condition quality van and I hope to do more business in the future with them.
