the t-shirts are such nice quality. The fabric is very soft and they last a long time. They wash and dry nicely and do not lose their shape.

I’m in the process of trying to make a return. The pants I received do not fit well and I’m asking for a refund. After muliple emails back and forth, including sending several required pictures, I still do not have resolution.

The pants turned out to be very stiff, like cardboard. I did not expect that. I washed them, hoping that that would soften them. It did not. Now I guess I’m stuck with them and can’t return them because I washed them?

I ordered two pairs of pants the same size the same style one fits me perfect. The other is extremely baggy and long.

I ordered a three pack of curved hem shirts. One of the three shirts, the grey one, is not Curved Hem. I sent pics clearly showing it was the wrong. Iwas asked to send more pics to “verify”, the incorrect shirt which I found unnecessary.

This will help us assess it more accurately.” I am now 12 emails in and the situation has yet to be resolved. That statement insinuates I’m lying or trying to do something nefarious. It’s Insulting.

This is my first experience with MB. I can’t say I would buy anything from your company again. Or, recommend it to anyone else.

I love the jeans. It fits very nicely alway. I will definitely buy again.

Always consistently prompt with delivery. Merchandise consistently well tailored. Tee shirts fit well.

I bought four pairs of jeans and all of them are significantly larger, longer and baggier than previous Mott & Bow purchases. They’re like clown pants compared to the dozen or so 32x20 sized denim that I still own and wear from M&B. All will be returned.

The return policy is not acceptable. I have never purchased a product from this company and was eager to try. However, the pants did not fit me well, had a low rise, and were too short. I could only return for a credit, not a refund. I did, but I am still not sure if I can find a pair of pants that will fit.

Extremely happy with the quality and fit of the product. The color schemes are great and I look forward to wearing more of the product in the future.

The product is very nice, however the extra charges are not very conducive to my further ordering—I do not pay duty on any other American orders to my address in Canada, but there is always a duty on your orders

Everything went as expected. I’m just a little bit concerned with price being more than what I like to pay

The first size was far too big. Instead of giving a refund they gave me a credit. But it took 4 weeks for the inventory to come in to use

Getting around the website was user friendly. Ordering and shipping went very smoothly.

Love the quality of the two tee shirts that I purchased. The cut and the fabric are perfect. I'll be shopping Mott & Bow again!

But if it was AI it was speedy and helpful. In addition your clothes are beautiful and of fine quality. I will shop with you again.
