Proceed with caution
Proceed with caution. From our experience do not trust this company to give a genuine quote. We were quoted a crazy price, I believe, due to it being a rental property and we were not residing in the area. When we got another reputable quote and also attended property ourselves there was actually no real problems and it was easily solved by ourselves. When trying to discuss nicely with management they were extremely unhelpful. I can already anticipate their reply to my review, saying they are happy to discuss but we have already done this and they were not helpful at all so that is them trying to save face on the review. My advice is to use another company or at least get a few opinions before proceeding and hopefully they have learnt from my complaint and do not try to rip people off that are vulnerable.
