We had the most incredible experience at Nkuringo Mountain Gorilla Lodge and would highly recommend this place!! The entire staff was absolutely wonderful, especially George and Praise.

The views from the Lodge are spectacular and the rooms are so cozy and spacious. We hope to visit again! Excellent experience.

Nkuringo Lodge is a spectacular place! We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. The staff are wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. We wanted to change our itinerary for the next day and they made it happen with no fuss. Aside from spending an amazing afternoon with the gorillas, Nkuringo Lodge was one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you!

I feel like one of the luckiest people in the world to stay at the Mountain Gorilla Lodge. From our beautiful suite we looked at the mountains and I literally felt like I was in the movie Gorilla's of the Mist. The service was amazing, the entire staff knew what we needed before we asked. I especially, thank Friday and Diana for making our experience extra special with all of the little details in our room and at all of our meals. Thank you everyone and I can't wait to take my family back to stay with you soon. I also want to thank the Uganda Wildlife Authority for allowing us to trek to see your beautiful gorilla's. It was a once in a lifetime experience!

My wife and I spent three nights there. The food and the staff were amazing. Special call-outs to the service from Friday and Diana! They are the best. The rooms are spacious. The hot water bottles in the beds and fireplace in the room were added touches that enhanced the experience. I would highly recommend that everyone stay there!

The staff were very friendly and wel. I felt well cared for. George was especially attentive and even provided us with better haters than th ones we brought.
The only criticism is the hot water in the shower was not reliable. I would have about three minutes of hot water then was forced to turn off shower for a few minutes before limited hot water returned.

It was an absolutely amazing experience, coupled with incredible service, and a truly great Gorilla Trekking adventure. Special thanks to Edward and Diana, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.

Our stay at the Nkuringo Mountain Gorilla Lodge was magical! The food was fabulous and the views from our (ridiculously large) room were amazing but the real special part of our stay was the people. We really appreciated how much care everyone at the Lodge lavished on us and and we loved interacting with them every day. Thank you, thank you, thank you all!

Musa and his staff, namly Issac and Amos but all in general made our stay unforgettable. The lodge was amazing, the accomodations were amazing, the staff was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during our stay.

The personal service of the staff was exceptional. Food very good. Hot water bottle greatly appreciated. All together an excellent experience.

This is a beautiful property situated in the mountains with a view. The staff is super helpful, service oriented and engaging . Benon was our butler during our stay and he was really attentive and did a fantastic job preparing us for the gorilla hike. I highly recommend this lodge, it is truly excellent!

Friendly and welcoming staff go above and beyond from beginning to end. Accomodation outstanding. Main areas cosy and comforting.

I had absolutely no complaints. It was by far one of the most amazing places I have stayed. The laundry service for free , the room service the personal butler Ededson for meals was helpful and kind. Other than taking a little while for the hot water to get to the room I could not think of anything at all that was a negative. And the food was very, very good. A wonderful experience and amazing staff! I would give it six stars if that option was available! Thank you for making our experience perfect

The rooms were lovely, and the evening hot water bottle and fire were a most special treat. Your support of our team during our eyecare project days was deeply appreciated. Your assistance and coordination of our gorilla trekking will be a lifelong highlight, and the grand finale BBQ and local entertainment added beautifully to the memories.
