Don’t waste your money
It took over a week to get my order. Worst was that I wasn’t notified when it shipped and no tracking info showed up when I signed into my account, and the herbs ended up sitting out in a very, very hot sun for two days before I figured out they had been mistakenly delivered to my neighbors house. I won’t use you again for anything.
Interesting this shipping email was the only email you supposedly sent that didn’t reach me, I did go online and there was no tracking information whatsoever, and this is not a shared porch, it is my neighbors porch, a different address, a different porch.

The tracking email was sent to the email we have on file on July 9 at 8:16 AM PST, and uploaded to your online account at that time. Tracking details can be found by logging in to your account, clicking the order you would like to track, and then scrolling to the bottom of the order detail page. After reviewing the FedEx delivery photo, I see that it was left on the shared back porch between your address and the next-door neighbor. This is the address that was provided when the order was placed, but again, we are sorry if this is not what you intended. The good news is that the packaging and materials we use during shipment are designed to protect your products from degradation. The average shipping and delivery time a package encounters is unlikely to be long enough to cause harm to most products, including the extracts in your specific order. The main concern is a combination of heat and light exposure during long-term storage, so even products left out for several days should not be adversely affected.
However, if you notice signs of degradation or decide you cannot use the extracts, you may return them to us. I have purchased essential oils elsewhere but none compare to the quality, the effectiveness of those from MOuntain Rose Herbs. An example, I am allergic to poison ivy which abounds in hidden places in my gardens. When I sense a bit of an itch after working outside I have used MRH Tea Tree Oil. I ran out, bought another brand locally. It was not effective at all. Here I have been recommending others use Tea Tree Oil not knowing it might not work. Now I will be recommending Tea Tree Oil from Mountain Rose Herbs!

Not able to load my rewards points balance or redeem rewards
I received my herbs and am excited to try them, so I can't give a review on the quality of the herbs yet, although I'm sure the quality is great. The herbs arrived without delay. My only concern is that I'd like to use points toward another purchase but my point balance won't load and the redeem option won't load either. The website could be more user friendly.

Herbal Hair Color
The herbal hair color is really outstanding, especially if you want to get away from all the chemicals. I am highly allergic to hair dye and this product has been a saving grace. Not that I mind going gray...but I love the chestnut color that actually adds highlights to my hair, and the brown which makes my hair a dark chocolate color in the winter months. So rich. I found that if I follow the instructions exactly and then once the product is on, wrap my hair with a plastic wrap (saran wrap) and put a shower cap on my head-- the heat opens the hair follicles and each strand absorbs the color. I keep the shower cap on about 2 hours since my hair is past my shoulders and I wash my hair in luke warm/cool water because hot water will help the hair follicle expand and eventually wash out the color (same holds true if you use chemicals). It is a little bit of a process to rinse all the plant dye from the hair, but I did not feel it was any more tedious then when I used boxed hair dye. I also use conditioner to soften with the final rinse.
