I will be going back to Tayda...free shipping...and yes a tariff...but they charge 1/4 the price you do so why BUY USA ?

Never ordered from mouser before. Found the website confusing and inaccurate but I persisted by finding part numbers from overpriced sites. Placed an order and from that point I got regular updated and in three days including a weekend I received my goods in the UK from Texas. It’s clear from the packaging they care that you get your order in an undamaged condition, everything was clearly labelled and well packed.
Excellent service I will be back with more orders prices are good.

I have always like your filters to narrow down a part search. I also like the complete product descriptions. This way if I upgrade a part I know it will fit within a given space.

Ordered components from Mouser India on Jan 21st, 2025. The components arrived on time in customs, but they took 2-3 months for customs clearance and to deliver the goods. Whenever I attempted to contact customer care, the response was consistently unsatisfactory.

Mouser India is highly unprofessional; I would avoid doing business with them.

Website is easy to use. IMO, it would be preferable to be able to select a particular resistor value & tolerance & package (i.e., SMD or thru-hole) without first having to choose the construction (metal film or thick-film or thin-film, etc.). Thanks and keep up the good work! :)

Didn't get the correct parts. Horrible customer service. I had the parts overnighted in the first place because I needed them quickly. They sent the wrong part. I tried to get the correct part but they had to "review" my order. Here I am a week later, still with no parts.

Links to data sheets don't work; I go to Digikey to get the data sheets.

Great Web site for finding what you need and pretty good availability.

BOM Attempt
First let me say the experience was precipitated by failure to have adequately checked my own BOM listing but I found the entire order entry system confusing with terrible workflow. I loaded a BOM using the MouserPN | Qty option thinking the quantity field was the order quantity. To fix that I had to correct each quantity field one by one as the web app updated each item individually; I couldn't edit all 24 items then save the collectively I had to wait between each quantity entry. I had also made a Mouser part number error. There I found I could not correct the error on that page I could only delete the record of the wrong PN then go back to the load BOM page, then add this single row "BOM" to my project BOM. The "edit" page can't do a simple add, modify, delete like the rest of the universe, it indeed isn't an edit page at all. Somebody at Mouser would do well to compare that experience to say, changing an order at Amazon. These are not groundless criticisms, I have been computer programming for 50 years and some of my web app product is in US government service so this review is written entirely to benefit Mouser; to me its just more and thankless work. Mouser web applications are nearly reason enough to find another vendor.
