The movers damaged my wall while moving my treadmill, removed a handrail and did not reinstall it, and left moving supplies behind at my home.

I contacted the company by email and phone to have the damage addressed. I was initially told that the matter would be forwarded to management and that they would arrange for their contractor to repair the damage. Despite multiple follow-ups, my emails and messages have not been returned and, to date, the damage has not been resolved.

I would strongly recommend reading the terms and conditions on the company’s website carefully before booking, particularly the sections dealing with responsibility for property damage.

Based on my experience with both the move and the response afterward, I would not use this company again.

I signed a contract with them to have three movers. They came 20 minutes late and sent one mover. When I complained, they bailed on me on my closing date, emptied my stuff from the truck and asked me to go find another company. They scammed me.

I Paid my Deposit three days in advance. They received it the same day and booked my move on a really short notice picked up my belongings from Windsor,ON and brought them back to Ottawa,ON within the time frame promised.Everything arrived safe even my ikea lamps.I would highly recommend them to any one . Thanks a lot for all your help!
