Moved from Copenhagen to Oslo and everything worked seamlessly, the delivery time-window was also adapted to my needs and everything was delivered in good shape. Movers were friendly and helpful, and communication with organisers/office was clear.

I gave an order to MoveIt in last November for moving my houehold items from Lund, Sweden to Bremen, Germany. Among a handful of companies I chose them because of their attractive quoted price.
However, to my surprise, they increased the price roughly 35% after they picked up my staffs from Lund, Sweden. It was like: either pay this increased amount or get the delivery after a month!!
Not only that. They were supposed to inform me the exact time of delivery from beforehand, but that did not happen. It arrived suddenly at 8:30 in the morning when I was getting ready for office.
I do not know whether the company's service is always this bad or the person in charge of my order was the reason.
Not recommended!!
Trustful and professional service.
The company took care of my belongings, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Communication with the company was also great. I totally recommend MOVE IT.

I moved my belongings from Norway to Germany, and the entire moving process - from reaching out, to getting a quote, to having my things delivered in Germany - took less than 3 weeks!
I was in contact with Thomas and June and truly can't recommend this company enough! They were always quick to reply to my emails, super helpful, and never seemed annoyed at my endless questions, so for that itself, I would already give a 5 star review.
The pick up and delivery of my boxes was super fast, and the two guys that delivered my things (I sadly forgot to ask their names) were beyond nice!
Nothing was broken, I moved my 4000€ computer and am always very nervous about moving fragile things, but everything was in perfect condition without a scratch.
All in all, as stressful as moving can be, A/S Move IT has made this process as stress-free as can be, and the price is also much better than I have paid previously.
Incredible speed, customer service, price, and as easy as can be.

I would rather pay a bit more because this was a terrible and stressful experience, and ended up costing way more than other offers.
Extremely unprofessional management. Delayed services, a lot of broken items, charged 20% extra 5 days after pick-up and keeping the furniture hostage until it was laid, with very bad communication. They were claiming we had too much stuff than ordered (even after the movers in site said it was within the limits - as I pointed out what I did not want to bring if it exceeded). A lot of the stuff wes broken, valued at £241 and they reimbursed maximum £11 through their insurance agency.

We do not understand your feedback, but please see our responds below.
Your quote is calculated and based on a volume at Max. 10 cbm. household which had to be moved from the UK to Norway and this is what we agreed upon. When our movers arrive to collect from your residence in UK, then was there more household goods than you have informed us about at the time where we made our calculation and you didn´t at anytime informed us that you have added more items than what you had written to us in your email dated July 8th, 2022. There were 14 cbm. and not 10 cbm, which is the volume that our quote is calculated on and which is listed in our quotation that you accepted. Therefore, as dated in the e-mail to you on 8 July 2022, there will be an additional cost in addition to the 10 cbm.
We had also before the collection informed you that would be additional cost for any extra volume above 10 cbm. and we have not overcharged you anything abov e this, actually have we only charged you 50% per extra cbm. of what was previously informed and this was done in agreement with you, so we have not at any point overcharged you or charged you for anything that you wasn´t ware of or had agreed to.
Relating to the damage to the household goods - then this is of course regrettable. The damage was reported to the insurance when we received your claim, which you also were informed about this by our colleague. The insurance company had temporarily sent an wrong email to you and our colleague helped you to get this rectified. You didn´t take out an Marine insurance clauses A, so hence is your shipment not covered by the terms in Marine insurance clauses A but it´s covered by the general conditions – which also is mentioned in our quote dated June 21st, 2022 and the conditions was sent you as attachment to the quotation. The terms have been explained to you by e-mail and we can´t change the terms after the pickup and delivery have taken place.
Just moved from Germany to Norway. Because it was in the middle of the pandemic, I was very anxious about the entire process. The guys from move it were super helpful and professional, took care of everything and made it for a very stress-free move. Would definitely recommend.

Moveit helped get my things from Sweden to Denmark in what was a very smooth process. There was continuous communication throughout, from the preparatory stages and during the move. In my perception the delivery was fast. I'll contact them for my next move as well.

Our stuff was delivered this week (early July) in Bangkok, and also the delivery went very well. The team was great, motivated, patient and careful. All items arrived safely, in an organised manner. Our goods arrived spot on time early May, but we needed local storage as our apartment was not ready yet. Even after unloading into local storage for more than 2 months all items were in perfect condition, well wrapped and labeled. Can fully recommend to use the services of Move It A/S and their partner United Relocations here in Bangkok, Thailand.

Got our things delivered way too late - bad communications
They got the pictures of the broken items and they are only covering for 4% of their value.
We have received everything in 100 days against the original estimate of 45-60 days. As soon as my items where in the container, they asked for $1000 more and I paid them. Then I got asked by the US delivery company for more money as well, although I did not finally pay them the second time. We received many items broken, everything that was fragile and could break, broke because a poor handling.
This delivery process has been stressful, expensive, poorly communicated and this is not acceptable for a company that claims to be professional
