Move safe relocation was one of the most disappointing and frustrating companies I have ever worked with. Come the week before move day they tried to double the price of our original estimate. They told my husband if he took down his 1 star review that they would expedite our refund immediately. 2 days later and still no sign of that refund. One of the most dishonest and rude companies we have ever worked with.

We personally spoke with your husband at the end of the day on Monday. It was explained to him why the cost of his move increased, he understood. Just as if you were to change a flight to a different date during a busy time of the year and add checked bags. It's the same concept.
He was advised that there were at least 20 people in front of him in line to be refunded. We let him know we would do our absolute best to expedite his refund. There was not a specific timeline given.
You wrote another 1 star review in less than 48 hours after that conversation. Had the refund been processed on Monday, you still would not see it reflected in your account because of bank and merchant processing delays. It always takes multiple business days to show in the account after a refund is processed.

This company is a bait and switch…
This company is a bait and switch operation. I received a detailed estimate for a move and sent in the down payment. On move day, the driver inflated the cost by 100% of the total and said that my quote was all wrong. The move save guy said i have enough space to fill a 10x10 Uhaul. However, when the driver showed me how much space my estimate was for, it was more like a 4x6 Uhaul. Then the pressure tactics started and accusations of me committing fraud. These guys are nothing more than middle men brokers. They get you hooked with a cheap quote and then expect you to fall for the pressure because it's moving day. RUN. Find a local reputable moving company that will come out and give you an honest estimate.

I provided an estimate, later sent pictures of everything, and clearly told them I would not pay extra. On moving day, the driver refused to take items that weren’t on the original list, and they demanded another $1,000.

Price more than doubled from original quote. Not enough workers to load so it took 6 hours. Never heard back from Movesafe once the items were loaded. After loaded, was the first I was told that they would be moved off at truck again and re-loaded. Never heard from Movesafe again once loaded. 7 days later got a call from a trucker to deliver. Broken dishes, printer, furniture, floor scratched. Do not recommend this company

Should have walked away when the sales guy was being super pushy. The customer service team, all but 1, and I dealt with 3 have poor attitudes. They are dishonest. Your quote will double. I definitely do not recommend. Im mad at myself for even using them.

This company was a living nightmare
This company was a living nightmare. They miss-lead me about the billing process, then proceeded to severely and egregiously damage every item they moved. All while also not providing the minimum 24 hour notice for delivery date/time. They reached out Saturday night for an Easter Sunday morning delivery. After all of that they completely blew me off and refused to provide any reasonable reimbursement for the multiple issues, despite the fact that I spent hundreds of hours compiling all of the damage claims forms/proof and discussing with their customer service reps. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. UPDATE: After spending countless hours being sent around in circles, filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office, and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau they finally offered me a reasonable settlement. Nowhere near the cost of damages incurred, but at least something. Proceed with caution.

Consultative Moving Experts
MoveSafe Relocation contacted me after I'd been researching cross-country movers online. From the moment their service representative Joshua got on the phone, it was as though I was getting moving advice from a trusted friend. Not once did I feel pressured or that I was being 'sold to'. Joshua spent over an hour patiently walking me through all my options (moving truck vs. shipping containers, full-service packing vs. à la carte, insurance, storage & delivery). Their pricing for a cross-country move was great and despite being peak moving season, they accommodated my timing, getting me on their schedule within 2 weeks.
A couple of days later, my circumstances changed and I no longer needed to sell my home, thus no need for movers. I reached out to their cancellation department and their representative Alexis was very helpful and was able to refund my deposit without any hassle.
Even though I never used their services, every person I dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely put my interests first. I'd highly recommend MoveSafe Relocation to anyone planning a move. They'll be my first call if/when I need to move in the future.

I've worked with a lot of carriers, this one is one of the worst. Tons of complaints, over 130 in 3 years alone (which is a LOT for a newer carrier).
Unprofessional, horrible quality of work, prices are insane. 0 customer service skills, I wouldn't trust them to move a bouncy ball across the sidewalk.

Couldn’t be more scammed
Couldn’t be more scammed. Mother used this mover. They upped the price from the original estimate over 2x. My mother asked “are you a broker” to which they replied “No, we have affiliates all over the United States.” Straight up liars. We have filed our complaints with MoveSafe and “Cobra” the company they hired to move the actual items. Guess what? cobra hired another company to do the moving… oh, and the items were taken off the original Penske Truck and then placed in the middle of other people’s junk that getting moved inside a 53 foot tractor trailer. Hope they don’t have bed bugs! Could not be more disappointed with the bait and switch tactics they performed on an elderly woman. Shame. Scammers. Beware.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. They made it seem like they were the actual moving company when in fact they are a third party and just set you up with some random moving company AFTER you’ve already paid thousands. They made it seem like they were the ones that were going to handle everything when that was not the case. The movers they sent to us did a terrible job and many of our items were broken. I feel like I was definitely scammed into hiring them not knowing they were just a third party.

Please read the following. I hired movesafe for a move from Michigan to Nevada. Put down a $1400 deposit, I had to move the date back. They charged me an additional $1250. For rescheduling, 1174 for pickup 1174 for delivery. The people that were sent are unprofessional. Callous they came at night. Knocked holes in the walls and broke hand rail The overall experience was very poor. call anyone else please do not use this company

My experience with MoveSafe Relocation was terrible from start to finish. This company is a broker, not the actual moving company, and that fact was not made clear during the sales process.
I was originally told that a specific moving company would be handling my move. At the last minute, MoveSafe switched to an entirely different company without my knowledge or approval.
The pricing was another major problem. We completed a detailed inventory twice before moving day, yet when the movers arrived, they walked through the house and demanded significantly more money than the quoted price. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch.
The final issue involved my pool table. Before booking, I specifically confirmed with MoveSafe that my pool table would be professionally disassembled, moved, and reassembled. When the movers arrived, they informed me they could not move the pool table at all, despite that service being part of the agreement I made with MoveSafe. I was left scrambling to find another solution on moving day.
Moving is already one of life's most stressful experiences. You shouldn't have to deal with changing moving companies, unexpected price increases, and commitments that aren't honored.
There is nothing "safe" about MoveSafe Relocation. Save yourself the stress and do business with a company that stands behind its promises.

As a licensed moving broker, our role is disclosed in our agreements and documentation provided prior to service. Carrier assignments can change due to scheduling or operational availability, but all carriers are required to be properly licensed and insured.
Our estimates are based on the inventory provided before the move. If the items presented on moving day differ in volume, weight, or services required, the carrier may issue a revised estimate before loading begins for the customer's approval.
Regarding the pool table, we sincerely regret any confusion. Specialty items often require specific handling and, in some cases, additional arrangements depending on the carrier's capabilities. We understand how disappointing this would have been on moving day.
