The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. I moved to the US and had a bunch of music equipment including a vintage guitar and I was impressed how well everything was wrapped. Their partner in the US was the same, helpful and courtious and the delivery drivers were great. Highly recommended!

My point of contact was Matthew and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I'm single and was living in Switzerland, with some savings from a redundancy payment as I'd lost my job a while beforehand, so moving back to the UK could have been a very daunting prospect for me. It was important to get this decision right, as you can imagine. I'd looked at a lot of moving companies and they had varied in both pricing and feedback, both my biggest priorities. I chose The Moving Partnership on that basis but also because of the initial response from them, which was personable and empathic. Matthew was was with me every step of the way, even when I underestimated my initial inventory. The packing was meticulous and having just unpacked the last box I can confirm that NOTHING was damaged. The Moving Partnership took a huge weight off my shoulders and allowed me to concentrate on getting settled in a different country and starting a new job. I'm very grateful to them. Thank you guys, sterling job.

Excellent service, just a couple of very minor things, a couple of bolts lost from the bed. Overall service was excellent especially as they helped us out at the last minute when another company let us down. The guys were very friendly and helpful. Moving a hot tub isn't easy but they handles it with very minor damage to the shell. All in all very happy.

Started of really good and ther service prior to the move was great, all was possible and we felt really happy.

after the move there was some issues and we found it really difficult to get any kind og reply from them and we still have a few outstanding issues.

Very disappointed that the size lorry we were told we would require by the representative from the company that came out to quote for the job did not meet our needs. At 4pm on Completion Day we were told there was no more space in the truck so we had to leave behind the contents of 2 sheds, 3 boxes of possessions from the kitchen, various houseplants and shrubs. Sadly we couldn't even go back for them as we were relocating to France!

Have used this company twice now. Both times I received excellent service. Very professional, friendly and helpful, keeping me updated every step of the way. Also very competitive prices. I would highly recommend.

I have just spent 20 minutes making a number of points , on the whole very positive. My email appears to have been lost when sent. I am not going to start again.

What could have been a very stressful move was made easy and worry-free by a great dependable company. Excellent customer service given my Matthew. I cannot fault them.

After an initial hesitation due to mixed reviews, I asked Wayne to do my move from Germany to London. He was in constant correspondence and always responded very quickly. The removal guys arrived and everything got loaded fine. I expected a delivery period of a few weeks but NO they delivered a few days (not even a week) later to my address here in London. I was very impressed and relieved!!! And everything got here fine... I am glad that I gave this company a chance as they deserve it! Would definitely ask them again... Thanks again for all your help!

Fantastic experience, start to finish.

Very courteous service and not an unreasonable price as a broker of the service, but several issues with the collection and the delivery which are beyond the Moving Partnership themselves, but with the suppliers that they chose to work with. My issues were all with the 3rd party that they outsource the work to.

From my first contact to the delivery of my stuff I was treated with utmost professionalism.
My items were handled with care as if it were their own items being moved.
I was guided through the whole process and every contact was on time.The price was very competitive.
This was the first time I handled an international move and I can really recommend Moving Partnership.

The moving partnership is a good removal company, the people working in the office booking the removal dates are very friendly and honest. However, as a customer you have to pay the removal is done which we found odd and did not like. Also, we were only given the precise date for getting our belongings back a couple of days after they were collected by the moving partnership. We would have liked a better idea earlier on, especially since our stuff was brought to us 6days after our arrival in our new which was less than ideal.

Started well but ended in a disaster. During the move, an expensive grand piano and marble floor were badly damaged by the unprofessional people subcontracted by this dubious removal company. I felt badly let down and wouldn't want anyone else going through the anguish of dealing with the blunders these amateurs caused.
