Service fine for a data only SIM, but not having a self-service plan cancellation path in the account portal is a dark pattern. Poor show Mozillion - do better.

Great company. Website was very good with all information and options. I chose As good as new phone and looks brand new including the packaging. The delivery was very quick and the price was great too. I would definately use Mozillion again and recommend it to anyone.

Had trouble with the post so had to wait for the sim arriving. Gary at customer services was very helpful and patient with me keep e-mailing. Thank you very much . I got a much better deal than what I had.

When I selected the wrong plan, they quickle cancelled the incorrect plan, refunded my money & I could start again

Ordered my phone, number was ported over and not received my new phone resulting in current phone not working. No update on delivery a week on and still no new phone or working phone.

Porting old number went smoothly

SIM cards came the day after ordering. So far so good great speed and 5g at home now. Really good price as well for a 100gb SIM plus 2 year deal.

The customer service agent, Laura, was very thorough in figuring out how to solve my dilemma. She went above and beyond.

Delivery as expected. Refurb phone in excellent condition. Would recommend.

Only just joined and they seem pretty good, even the AI cs bot doesn't make me want to smash my phone, and have been very quick to help.

Speed of transaction

My experience was good, the order process was easy, a bit of a faff as you have to go through a loan company although interest free I feel the Mozillion should deal with everything. Porting number was a good experience my last supplier never put my original number on my phone so people kept asking if I had a new number then it would appear at their end occasionally 🤷.
Unfortunately my partner hasn’t had the same experience with Mozillion yet but I will let her do her own review.
So far I’m happy but I will point out I believe you only get the shop to drop your phone bill on a sim only contract, I could be wrong so check it out yourself I’m to old to be bothered.

It was easy to order and delivery was very fast. Buyers should be mindful of the fact that advertised prices do not include VAT, this is added onto the bill when you order.

Got a great deal on both a monthly package which covers myself, daughter and husband for less than just two plans with o2, also purchased travel SIMs at a great deal.
