MOZIO experience

What I love Mozio platform is that we can manage our scheduled trip not like the other platform once its booked you can not change. I need to change my booking since I need to extend my stay in Japan, I was able to rebook 3 days prior to my scheduled booking and they even give me a rebate because the time schedule has also changed. I highly recommend Mozio.

Excellent experience with Berber Road…

Excellent experience with Berber Road Tours. Yassir and Soulaiman both took us on various excursions and they went out of their way to show us the sights and explain some of the local customs and culture. We were able to contact them anytime on WhatsApp and they always responded immediately. Always on time, always very safe driving, I can't say enough good things about this company.

Slow start, great finish

While the driver wasn't there when we arrived, a quick call corrected the door for our meeting and within minutes the driver appeared. Traffic in Lima is terrible and the driver navigated our 30 minute trip professionally and aggressively. Well done!

I do not want to give even 1 star

I do not want to give even 1 star! This business did not pick us up when we had a delayed flight. Airline delays happen every single day and there is no backup plan! Run from this company and find another! They did not refund my money!

Mozio transfer driver

Motion service was excellent. Kept informed at all times where the driver was and even sent photo of where to meet. Careful driver. Would strongly recommend. I have used this service before.

We bought tickets with Mozio

We bought tickets with Mozio, through a link from TUI, i.e. TUI recommends them.

The buss carrier was Swiss Tours.

Our flight was 2h late and we missed the buss.

We called Swiss Tours but they told us to talk to Mozio.

We called Mozio who said the tickets were not usable anymore and that we had to buy new ones.

So we lost about 130 euro buss tickets and spent 35 euro on phone calls.

Then we had to buy new tickets, this time with Flix buss.

I must say that I'm very disappointed!

Swiss told me to not use Mozio in the future and I agree, go for the carriers directly instead; Swiss Tours, Flix buss...

This is not the end of this, I will spread this all over Internet.

DO NOT USE Mozio! When things go wrong, their support is bad and they don't help you. 👎
