Communication issues but quality work
Very difficult to get hold of a human being on the 'phone via their automated 'phone system to discuss the job, apart from credit control who are on the phone within hours of any money being due! This makes for a poor customer experience for less internet savvy customers like us, which is a shame. Be warned, they also want the majority of the money upfront which we weren't expecting. Would suggest shopping around before getting a quote as initial quote was expensive compared to others, presumably to support their Exmouth showroom. The cost also went up once the surveyor had actually seen the job. On a positive note, I can't fault the quality of workmanship or the professionalism of the lovely fitters who installed the windows. Would I use them again, probably not due to the communication issues.
