A requirement to refurbish my boiler was identified at the annual service. Once a convenient date had been agreed, this was implemented by Mr Heat efficiently and effectively. System now working very well.

Super competitive and fast
Super competitive quotation and speedy response to an urgent boiler replacement. An unexpected problem with the old existing supply was tracked down and solved in a subsequent visit. Martin gives a very personal and knowledge-backed service which is most reassuring.

Consistently excellent service
Initially Martin was assigned to me to complete some warranty work on my boiler. 11 years later he services the same boiler, and another in a rental property, providing the gas safe certificates for both. I receive reminders when the certificates are due, and by sending just one quick email to him, I know he will arrange all the work with my tenants and shortly after I receive the documents and invoice in my inbox. The rates for the service are very reasonable and he communicates very effectively. I highly recommend.
