Poppys heaven!!…
Would you believe that my whippet Poppy was watching me unpack the donut bed, which I gave a good shake and laid it on the floor ready for the 24 hour wait. Poppy had other ideas as soon as it was on the floor she promptly got in and went to sleep. She loves her new bed which replaced her worn out , old donut bed. Would recomment.

Was good experience . Yes my dog loves it . She settled on it more or less straight away . Was just a bit confusing when it arrived with all different bits . Trying to work out where they went . Could do with a diagram or instructions on which part goes where . Got there & everything is good .

Easy website and ordering. Kept informed of delivery time. It was difficult to undo, so much tape. But eventually it sprung out iff packaging. Also quite difficult to shake filling into shape. We left it 24hrs and dropped it on lounge floor. Literally seconds layer the dogs were all over it. Took to it straight away. Nice and soft, keeping its shape. They love it. I love it.

Pleased with MrFluffyFriend. Small glitch with my order but resolved very quickly. Regarding the bed for our Labrador. The product itself is excellent, very fluffy looks comfortable, but unfortunately our furry baby will not entertain even putting her paw in the bed let alone sleep in it. However, we will hope to see her snoring happily in her new bed soon. If not a lucky doggy will be getting it at Dogs Trust it won't go to waste.

We’re sorry to hear your Labrador hasn’t taken to it yet. Some dogs need a little time to get used to a new sleeping spot, especially if they’re used to something familiar.
A few small tips that might help:
- Place her favourite blanket or toy inside to add a familiar scent
- Encourage her with treats when she approaches or steps on it
- Put the bed in her usual resting area so it feels more familiar and safe
