Color different than ordered with no advanced notice.

After receiving the Fluffy bed and treating it for use. I placed it on the floor thinking it will take time for my Shiba Inu to become aware of it. That evening I walked in my bedroom and Toshiko was in the middle of it looking spry. Wish I had taken a picture, she passed this Sunday, July 26. Her sister however has not yet taken interest in the bed. I will give it time. I was so glad. Toshiko seemed happy. She had been ill most of the year had surgeries developed allergies. I just wanted her to be happy. She was 14 y.o.

The communication was excellent …I got a size that I thought would work …so I returned it and got the next size up …every body is happy !!!

When I first received the bed, I had no idea what to expect. I opened the package and was immediately skeptical. The fluffing procedure took some time. I finally got the bed just right and my dog wouldn't lay on it. We thought it would help with her anxiety and make her feel better because she had been sick for the last few days before we received it. She was restless. We tried the bed again, but this time, we picked her up and put her on the bed. She rested and really slept for the first time in those few days. Little did we know that she was only going to be able to enjoy the bed for two full days before having to be put down. Cancer is the worst. After just those two days, I can fully and wholeheartedly recommend this bed. It does take work to get it fluffed, but it's worth it and worth the money. Our sweet girl really enjoyed her time in it at the end. Now my little one has claimed it for his own as both a memory of our pup and as a soft place to hang out.
Five stars, would do it again.

My dog loves the bed, but I ordered the wrong size.
She is a German Shepard, about 75 pounds. I ordered an extra large and should have probably ordered a 3Xlarge.

The bed was soft and big enough for 95 shepksy/malamute mix Freya to stretch out on. Sadly, her 17 year old elder was jealous of the soft plushiness and peed on it. Resulting in a temper tantrum from Freya that resulted in an immediate shredding of the bed. But, it was obviously something worth fighting over lol and it was sturdy too because Freya had to work hard to destroy it!

Smooth, honest transaction, on-time, undamaged and as described.
My Border Collie and Great Pyrenees/Border Collie seem to like them and adapted immediately.

Communication

Delivery arrived when notices said it would. Easy to follow instructions to activate. We have several beds and the dogs love them. Thanks to all at MrFluffyFriend!

I bought Fluffy Friend for my rescue dog and he loves his bed. It came very well packaged and is the perfect size for my Rotweiller cross. It is luxurious and the first place my dog goes to after a brisk morning walk.

Surprising compact package that opened into a complete comfy bed for my dog.

I originally purchased one of these dog beds in 2022 and unfortunately had a bad experience with it. Recently, Bob reached out to me personally to make things right and offered to send me a brand-new bed at no cost.

The replacement bed is great and is a huge improvement from the one I originally received. It feels much better made, is comfortable, and my dogs really enjoy it. I truly appreciate a company that stands behind its products and takes customer concerns seriously. Bob was kind, helpful, and genuinely wanted to fix the situation. Excellent customer service can make a huge difference, and I’m very grateful he took the time to reach out and make things right!!

Our Koko loves her new bed. The best part of this purchase is that it is entirely washable. I have never seen another bed with a zipper for removal of the cushions. It is a wonderful bed. Jan

I purchased a bed for one of our pups (Boomer) several months ago when he was scheduled for CCL surgery. Boomer used all the time before, during and after his surgery. His brother (Zeus) would wait till Boomer got up and take his turn using the bed. We finally decided to purchase Zeus his own bed. Zeus loves it as much as he loves Boomer’s bed, lol 😂. Win, win for both the boys ❤️🐾❤️🐾
Shipping was quick. Product is as advertised. Regrets? Not a single regret!

Bought a cooling mat for my dog which I’m really pleased with. It does actually feel cool to touch. I particularly like that it’s soft to touch so I dog was happy to lie on it.

Great choice of products looked at different companies but the coffee coloured xxx cool mat I chose is great light material not plastic not filled with anything very safe for a dog with longer claws. Was kept informed when my delivery would arrive and it did on time.

My dog actually lays on this mat. I bought the other type and could not coax him on it but as soon as I lay this on the floor he got on it.

Great product and excellent service from the seller. The mat is of good material and is nice and cool for my dog. No prblems at all.

Bed arrived ahead of time in perfect condition. If I was a dog I’d be really happy with my new bed. It is super soft and comfortable. Our dog is 9 years old and has anxiety during thunderstorms and fireworks. Unfortunately she’s also stubborn. A shitzu lass appo. I’ve put her in it a few times but she wants no part of it.
