They’re okay
They’re okay. I ordered the Gazettes - easy chinos. They were an okay fit and comfortable in hot weather (Dubai 38C).
However, they became baggy very quickly. I don’t have a big build, but I was disappointed with the stretch on them. Very baggy around the thighs after a few uses, but I’ll still wear them in hot weather as they’re comfortable.
Delivery was great. With details on how to care for them and it was a fast turnaround.

Review filtering
I'm frustrated that they're filtering reviews on their website. I've had good experience in-store at Mr. Marvis, but I want genuine information from customers when I'm about to buy a product online.
Secondly, the waistline measurements in inches are not accurate.

A great retail experience!
When you enter the store, you experience a nice welcoming atmosphere, the nice fragrance therapy and greeted by the team. The products are easy presented and a coffee or other easy drink can be offered. Friendly staff will help you. Products are great and I have been buying several of them all with great fit. Easy shopping and an example of how retail can pull and convince consumers that physical stores can work.

Woeful quality
I’m not sure these are the worst quality pants ever made; but, they are definitely the worst quality I’ve ever bought.
I don’t suppose £100 is a great deal to pay for a pair of trousers these days but I wouldn’t pay £5 for these. The materials are cheap, the cut and stitching amateurish and they look like those clothes you see advertised in tabloid newspapers.
Avoid!

No delivery, bad service, bad communication
Spent a fortune here in the past few years, unfortunately they can't seem to deliver my latest order (about three weeks ago now). Have contacted support through various channels, no progress whatsoever. Two day shipping? Not even close.
If you need some fresh clothes before a long trip somewhere: DO NOT ORDER HERE.
