Would recommend
It's very nice, that you get a digital sample of your patch, so that you can change the design to your own wishes. Also, the customer service was very quick and polite. Unfortunately, around the edges, some of the patches are unevenly processed.

Overall, totally satisfied with both service and result/product - but the whole process (pre-production, production & delivery) took quite a bit longer than previously announced.

Recommended with a little limitation
The ordering via the web page was great, very easy and simple to do. Also quality and pricing met the expectation. There was also a frequent update about the production process via mail. The only little flaw here was the delivery after finish the production. That took a bit to long (about 3 weeks).
