At the Westfield branch last night a staff member stole my son's phone. He had ordered food and set it on the counter. He walked away and realised he'd left his phone. He asked for it but they said they hadn't got it. For 4 hours the phone was locating at the food stand. They kept refusing to give it back. They waited to the store closed before leaving but left contact details with security. 15 minutes later, security phoned to say to come back for the phone. They refused to explain the situation and told my son just to be happy he had his phone!

I ordered through a third party first it said delivered which was a pack of lies. After sending numerous emails got a partial refund and I am still having to get in touch with the head office and just eats. It shouldn't be so much trouble just or order something to eat. How they managed to claim it was delivered when they need a code to show this I just don't know. This is the Bradford Broadway shop.
