I ordered the Cambridge high sleeper through AMAZON, delivery was before date stated.
We put it up on Monday 17th and this was a total nightmare putting up.
*NO CLEAR LABELING ON PARTS
*NO LABELING ON NONE OF THE SCREWS AND BOLT.
* INSTRUCTIONS ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN, DEFINITELY NEEDS REVISING AGAIN.
have to bare in mind that the reason alot of people get these kind of beds cause there working in small space. IMPORTANT TO GET THE PARTS IN AT THE RIGHT TIME. THIS BED TOOK ME AND MY COUSIN 12 HRS TO PUT UP AND I PUT UP QUITE A FEW FLATPACKS AND THIS AS TO BE THE WORST EVER YET!

ON A POSITIVE NICE SPACIOUS BED I GIVE THE ACTUAL BED 8/10, BIGGER THAN I THOUGHT BUT PLEASE REDO THE INSTRUCTIONS. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THE COMPANY DON'T OFFER A INSTALATION SERVICE!

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TIME TO PUT THIS UP IT IS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!

We purchased a lifestyle high sleeper when assembling we realised the desk part was to small after emailing mrs flat pack they responded within the hour, followed by a phone call and the replacement parts were shipped the next day and received the following day. Bed now all finished and have one happy little girl who loves her new bed. Great company and great customer service skills, many thanks again 😊.

We bought the Bourne High Sleeper and my son is so happy with it! The instructions are to be found online and are easy to follow. We made sure to count all the screws, nuts, bolts, etc. and all of them were there. One of the side boards was labelled with the wrong letter, but it was easy to find out where it was supposed to go when following the instructions (it had F instead of G on it). Because of all the empty space between the back of the wardrobe and the wall the best is against, we decided only to put the backboards behind the wardrobe and stairs, so we could use the space as storage and it works like a charm! It’s out of sight, but easy enough to get to.

We ordered the bed on the 11th of September and it was delivered on the 16th! Well within the delivery period they told us. We’ve put it together on a Sunday in about 3-4 hours. Because the drawers are glued in, we’ve decided to leave them to dry overnight before putting them in. This only took an additional 5 minutes on the Monday :)

All in all, I do really recommend this company!

I ordered the Calder High Sleeper and mattress and have to say the quality of the bed is amazing and the mattress is very comfy.

Unfortunately I was missing a draw front so I rang up on the Monday and the replacement arrived on the Tuesday! Amazing!!

Overall the Bourne bed we received fitted together a lot easier than expected, albeit the construction of the body of it is a five hour job and the glue for the drawers takes longer than half an hour to dry, thereby extending the finishing touches by about the same again. There is though a large amount of dead space at the wall side of the item so you may not want to put on the backing boards.

Customer service after the supply of the bed has unfortunately been poor. Whilst the firm were quick to send out the one missing bolt and a replacement panel for the left of the drawer space the latter was an inadequate measure, given the time already mentioned for assembly. There is no way the hours are going to be put in to take the bed apart (risking breaking dowel rods) and then back together again. There has been no email reply to my message stating the same.

Exceptional quality and service. The beds are very sturdy and have very high-quality finishings. The lovely people are friendly and answer any questions anytime. We lost some screws (our fault) and they were very kind to send us replacements immediately. Will highly recommend it!

Hi, I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the two beds I bought off you recently. Your beds are a fraction of the price of similar beds elsewhere, so I wasn’t sure if I was going to get beds of decent quality. However, they are absolutely amazing! I was a bit overwhelmed at the thought of building both beds by myself (I am a single mum), but the delivery driver gave me loads of advice and I built both beds without making a single mistake. Bed arrived within the 20 day advised. Instructions were easy to follow. Small person loves it!!! Only thing is cupboard and wardrobe doors are slightly off, other than that, Great

Despite a possible 6 week lead time the bed arrived after 15 days and the driver made contact 2 working days before they were due to deliver so I knew when to expect him.
Due to Covid the driver couldn't help bring the bed indoors, however he talked me through how to stack the boxes and the order I'd need them in which was really helpful.
The bed itself is fabulous quality and very very secure. Be aware the bed is massively heavy and should really be built where it's going to stand as once fully erected it's almost impossible to shift. It also took around 8 hours to fully assemble between 2 competent DIY'ers.
The assembly time was well worth it though at the bed is fantastic, with loads more storage space than I fully appreciated when I ordered it. My little one loves it too.

Fantastic company. Can’t fault them. After being let down terribly by Leaders furniture/Julian bowen who left me with no bed for my son as I paid for it and then after the money had gone I was told it was dispatched which was a lie as it was actually out of stock for months I was in a bit of a state. These guys came to my rescue. Excellent customer service, friendly and so quick to get back to you. Nothing but helpful. The delivery driver was a lovely chap too. Can’t fault them. The bed was easy to build as instructions really clear and my little boy is over the moon with his new bed. It’s sturdy and excellent quality and it will last him years.I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much Mrs Flatpack you’ve restored my faith in humanity. You are just awesome.

A few years ago I ordered a pair of small wardrobes from here, which I was very pleased with. Fast forward to recently and I decided to convert one of the wardrobes from "shelf" mode to "hanging rail" mode. I had kept the spare hanging rail, but couldn't find the metal brackets to attach it. Dropped Mrsflatpack an email and soon received a reply saying that they would post out the brackets free of charge! Outstanding customer service, would highly recommend!

We bought this bed in the middle of the covid pandemic, we had delivery of the bed just over a week after ordering. We had a phone call 2 days before delivery to say it was coming between 7.30-9am it arrived at 7.40 on good Friday! The delivery guy left it all outside so there was no contact.
We found the bed quite straight forward to put up it took 2 of us about 4 hours.
Lovely bed, sturdy and good quality for the price! Would definatly recommend. Excellent service and good quality bed.

I bought a high sleeper bed for my daughter who loves it! It looks and it’s very sturdy and well made. The customer service was excellent, the team were very helpful and accommodated a last minute addition. The exact delivery time given well in advance. The driver was very friendly and helpful with great advice about unpacking. Very pleased with this purchase and I would definitely use Mrs Flatpack again!

I purchased a cabin bed for granddaughters birthday. Delivery timescale quoted was tight so I contacted the company. No problem at all, they rang me back and assured me delivery would be made well within time, which it was. In fact a day earlier than advised. Customer service is excellent. Bed is of a great quality for the price. Very happy to recommend

Really pleased with two Rutland high sleepers I bought for my boys aged 8 and 11. Delivery was given 24 hours notice and driver gave me estimated time- he was really friendly and carried most of it himself into our garage. My husband constructed them with no problems about 5 hours for the first, he did the second in 4 hours! They are great quality and I am so pleased with the amount of storage. My boys are delighted and can’t wait to sleep in them. The 2 mattresses that form the chair to pull out into a bed come without a cover, as advertised. However I have covered them with a single duvet which tucks under nicely and looks really good. The companies messenger service has been brilliant and they have responded to me even on the weekend. Would thoroughly recommend thanks Mrs flat pack!

Purchased the Stamford High Sleeper Bed in Grey/White as a Christmas present for my 15 year old son who chose this on the internet. He loves it and it has replaced not only his bed but wardrobe and drawers too, creating space and a much more attractive bedroom as well as confirming value for money. Lots of shelves to put his bits and pieces and desk large enough for his laptop. Left ordering until the last minute so had to collect it but the people I dealt with were helpful and had everything ready for collection in less than 24 hours. It was all loaded for me and clear advice was provided with regard to assembly: "Follow the instructions to the letter, allow about 5 hours and call if you need help." Built it with the help of my brother, neither of us with much experience of flat pack building but went together smoothly so no need to call for help. Only difficult part was moving it once constructed as so heavy! But reassuring as reflects how strong and solid it is. Highly recommend this company!

Fantastic product at a more than competitive price - I read some awful reviews about products and customer services however decided as I thought the item I wanted the Wolf mid sleeper cabin bed was a great price and I liked the colour - oak - to order thank goodness I did Service was Faultless arrive within 48hrs-Delivery Driver polite helpful and knowledgeable - great packing-great finish and easy to erect spoke to customer services with a query very efficient and helpful my experience of this company and its product is 5*

Excellent customer service. Fast delivery and infact the company endevoured to have my order with me before I had to go to hospital for an operation. This gave me time to construct the bed whilst still mobile. One of the doors had a scratch in the panel when the package was opened, but was quickly replaced free of charge.

THE WEBSITE STATES ON MOST KIDS BEDS RECOMMENDED FOR AGES 6-12 .. WHICH IS RIGHT BUT ONLY FOR THE BED .. IF YOU WANT TO BUY THIS BECAUSE YOU WANT YOUR SON TO HAVE A DESK ALSO THEN THIS IS FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE BELOW AGE 5 AS YOUR CHILD WILL HIT THERE HEAD AGAINST THE FRONT TOP PANEL. THEY SHOULD SAY BED RECOMENDED FOR AGES 6-12 AND DESK FOR 3-5 YEAR OLDS . COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY LONG DELIVERY AND POOR MATERIAL. STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO SPEND MONEY ON SOMETHING YOU WILL NEED TO REPLACE WITHIN 8-12MONTHS
