Hi please do not use this site I made a deposit did not go on my account with this company but they took out of my bank account just keep saying that it can take a while for them to sort it out when I started to ask questions wanting know we're my money is they kept repeating them selves I advise anyone to keep clear from this sight they rip you off.😔😞😠

THEY TELL YOU PAYOUT TAKES 21 DAYS IVE BEEN WAITING 28 DAYS NOW AND ALL THEY CAN SAY IS IT MIGHT TAKE LONGER THERE SCAM ARTISTS THEY OWE ME £600 AND I GET THE SAME BOT REPLIES EVERYTIME !!

I so wish I'd read the reviews before using this site. Worst site I've ever played on. Happy to take your money, but the withdrawal process is horrendous. Still waiting for my winnings. Played again in the meantime (stupidly) and didn't win a penny off hundreds of spins, not 1 win. Total scam site that needs investigating.

It’s all complete rubbish! I have been waiting for 5 weeks for an ‘investigation’ to take place with should only take between 7-21 days.

I’ve accepted that I will not receive my legitimate winnings and I genuinely hope you, the unsuspecting potential customer will take my review and the other 90% genuine reviews seriously. YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY MONEY from these horrendous casino sharks!

I have spoken to them to close my account and I’ve said goodbye to my £1000.

This company is a scam, they never pay your winnings. 3 times I tried to withdraw £200 for it to keep going back into my balance for them just to say "try again, it will work thos time" I knew I wasn't going to get it so I spun it on the slots and I have never had so much bad luck. I was only spinning on 40p and the biggest win I had was £12. I had about 4 bonuses and the others went for around 2x. it's obvious they've turned down the rtp. They shouldn't be allowed to operate

They rob people, refuse refunds even though they should honour them when the games are altered by themselves, which is in fact illegal to do so, the license they have listed on their website, they dont state where it is they received theirs from, they have a master license, theyre misrepresenting themselves.

You will get your money it just takes a little longer this site is clearly aimed at people with gambling problems so you should know what you are signing up for. I had to do 2 withdrawals as the 2nd 1st time it cancelled near the 21st day because it all of a sudden needed an iban number which I provided. The 2nd time I withdrew I received my winnings on the 21st day. I won't be using again as the live chat is genuinely just a robot.

They will. It close my account even though I have asked numerous times as a gambling addict I've asked them three tines . I've told them I have an addiction and they won't close it.

If you want to give your hard earned money away, then this is the site for you.
There are huge bonuses and whilst you play with bonus, there are big wins,but after the big wins, there is very little wins. The wagering requirements are so high, that you will have to deposit a fortune to get a very small amount back. There is also hidden charges. I deposited £100 but was actually charged £108.45.There is no play safe gambling tools. Totally irresponsible site! This site should be closed down!

Please please don’t use this site!! I’ve deposited around £1500 altogether. In June I withdrew £1000, they didn’t pay within the 21 days and kept giving the please be patient!!

On the 22nd October it was cancelled and put back in my account.

I thought I’d play it to get rid but ended up winning £4000 so tried withdrawing £3000 that was on the 24th October and no sign of the money

Mr Sloty are a total scam, they have no legit telephone number, tried ringing they said its a dating phone line.
Been waiting on my £1100 withdrawal since the beginning of October, I have reported them to resolver, they are totally ignoring me, so I'm going to report them to the ombudsman and FCA.
The support email they have they use it to send adverts and offers.
I wish I had read these reviews before I played on this site.
I'm on a mission to get my money from this site and also to get this site off the Internet.

Not worth one star I won £400 waited the full 21 business days to see it was back in my account was asked to send IBAN CODE from bank so I did and now have to wait the full 21 business days again and keep goin on chat to be told be patient and kindly wait so massive scam I will not get this money I have won just wish I checked reviews first

I read that so many people had problems with mr. Sloty casino. Can we do something about this people?
I mailed them that i start an investigation monday.
but i do not think they will be impressed. I cannot understand that they are still on the internet. Also winnercaino.bet belongs to them.
28 october withdrawal still no payment

Honestly guys please stay away from this site. Been waiting since start of October for a £2000 withdrawal, was told on live chat I’d only be receiving 800 of this due to it being 10x my deposit max. Been on live chat every day for 2 months, get the same “we don’t have access to this information,”close the chat down whenever they want. 2 days ago they cancelled my withdrawal and said they needed my IBAN number, this is a load of nonsense I’d already provided my IBAN and SWIFT. I don’t know if I’ll ever see this withdrawal, can anyone advise do I have a leg to stand on with my bank if I report is as fraud? Even try and get my deposits back? If mrsloty wants to reach out to me before I proceed with banks and lawyers etc my email is weekikocfc1888…. They know the rest.

UPDATE : 7th march deposit has been cancelled for a second time, shoddy explanation saying fraud team detected something, absolutely scandalous. Have tried to withdraw just £600 out of the account which is a fraction of what I’m owed but at this point I just want anything I can get from them. This has went on for 4 months now. Salvatore assured me there will be no problem with this withdrawal so why was there the first and second time? Time will tell but it’s exhausting now.

from October 16 I expect a withdrawal of 600.... the same answer 6 times a day... I'll give another 1000 for my lawyer to deal with them 😡

Got back onto them today asking for an update and was told that my withdrawal is going to be cancelled due to changes in their policy and i will have to start the whole process again...
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE..... i spent £80 played for 2 days and managed to win 300 but you cant have it, they say 21 working days to recieve your winnings but then cancel ....... SCAM SCAM SCAM.......
