We've been regular customers of this place in Hilversum for a long time.
However, after the latest incident, we've decided to stop doing business with Mr. Sushi.
They often don't deliver the extra features we order, like extra ginger. And last time, we used their promotional brochure to enter a cheat code for a free roll in our order, but they never delivered it. When we called, the manager said the system didn't recognize our cheat code, so they didn't include the bonus. However, we can come (!!!!!) and pick it up ourselves. Outrageous. Never again.

45 minutes after expected delivery time I called the place just to know that they haven't processed the order. Agreed and expected the call back from them to settle the issue, noone called. When in the end of the evening I claimed a refund, was told to call back next day, as the responsible person is not available. So no food and problems to even get my money back. Just awful customer service!

We ordered 1x8 crunchy salmon roll, 1x8 salmon advocado roll and 1x8 tempura ebi roll. 24 sushi for the price 41,15 euro. Also additional 2,50 euro delivery cost via UberEats. Seriously it is overpriced and not even delicious.

Nice sushi!!! I always love it!!!

Very expensive and nothing special. Salmon didn't look fresh.
