This company cannot be contacted

This company cannot be contacted, their website gives phone numbers, but each phone is connected to a voice message, after which, line is cut. Website also offers email contact, but writing to the email address results in a bounced message
Would you seriously trust your packages to a company that hides behind a website and cannot be contacted
In Europe, it is the law to have valid contact information, so actually , this company is in breach of EU law.
Still waiting for package to be delivered!!!

Horrible "service" through and through

They claimed that they could not deliver the shipment because no one was at the address. I was home the whole day because of this scheduled delivery and no one rang the doorbell. When I contacted them via email, I got automatic response one hour later, and nothing for another 6 days. I emailed them again and they said they would get back to me. It's been 10 days and nothing since. Last thing i heard from them was via automatic notification that my order was being returned to sender. Awful experience.

Absolutely terrible as everyone is…

Absolutely terrible as everyone is saying. Scheduled a delivery and when it came to the time it said “Incomplete delivery address”. Not only is the address correct but I sat near the front door waiting and no one ever came. Honestly they do not care. No one ever called either number I left to say they couldnt find me and no emails saying it failed. I had to search myself. Do not go with these guys, everyone who works here are the human equivalent of a worm.

Terrible service

Terrible service. They couldn't find the address (which was correct), didn't pick up the phone when I called back in 3 min. And I had to pick up my parcel in some industrial zone far away. Spent more money on taxi to this center than on the purchase itself.

Not delivered!

The first time, I was not home, they did not leave with the neighbour as others do. The second day, delivery was earlier than advised but I was home and I opened the door and the driver drove away. Then after lots of emails to find out what happened I am told I have to drive 45 minutes to pick the package at their office. Worst delivery company ever!

Staff were on a "No" day

On the day I receive a call but meetings didn't provide me to answer.
I call back 20 min later 2x never answering.
The 3° time they said good afternoon and hang up...
Receive an email saying that nobody was home, however I did have someone at home that heard the ring bell and open the door, but nobody came up...
I call the fixed number on the email and a couldn't finish the first sentence without a lady interrupting me, rudely, saying she needed the number of the package to initiate the process. After confrontation she apologised and we scheduled a new deliver.
Everything was good until.. I received a call back from the deliver man, complaining that he hear the talk when I said the truth and didn't like it. That in fact no one was home and that he didn't hang up nothing. But this man was sooooo rude that I confronted him, and he lowered his voice and tone.
I work with the public, it's not easy but never talk with the client like that, that's shows lack of caracter and good manners.
Not at all a good experience and I will write an official complaint.

the worst parcel delivery experience ... saying that my address was wrong , when It was right . I wasn't able to contact them the call would drop after a few seconds of wait.

MRW just said parcel delivered

MRW just said parcel delivered - it wasn’t. Replying to sms blocked and complain via email said refer to sender despite the parcel being located in Tunes and out for delivery. I was at home when they said it was delivered so who knows what happened to it. Lazy, unprofessional and disrespectful company. AVOID

This is not the first time, I have very bad experience with these MRW. Delivery in the 9 or 10, today 15 of july and nothing. The usual with the MRW.

They claim address was wrong and that…

They claim address was wrong and that nobody was present, but they havent tried delivery as there is a door telephone at the gate, with video camera..
Seems they are just sending out mails, instead of delivery drivers.

MRW lost my package

MRW lost my package. Contacting them with information is near impossible so i was unable to find out any more. Comically, on their website, there is a section about Congratulating MRW - i can imagine that their congratultations list is very small. DO NOT USE.

Very rude on the phone

Very rude on the phone. I politely asked to clarify who I was talking to and about what issue because I was on a call with a client. The woman on the end answered angrily that if I stopped talking, she told me. I have not encountered such rudeness in service for a long time.

The worst company in operation

They are by far one of the worst courier companies I ever had to deal with. In this case, however, they already had a similar issue last year, they claim the address was wrong, while in reality both the original postal service, in this case POST NL and the vendor had used my correct address.

They are several days late, yet at 11 in the morning they say the address was not correct, I had already sent them several emails, to which they had reply with my correct address just in case. They said they had passed the correct address to the delivery man.

However, I am still here, waiting, they said at 11 AM that the delivery will happen tomorrow even though the driver has my correct address and my parcel in his van right now. You mean that after a 3 day delay, you cannot make one final delivery? The mistake was yours.

Absolute worst.

Worst life wasting shipping service ever

To decorate my new home, I ordered things from different vendors like IKEA, Beliani and KARE. The communication for shipping is way better than Kave. I placed orders around the same time and got deliveries already last week.

I placed an order on Aug 7 from Portugal.
The package arrived in Lisbon already on 11 Aug but today on 22 Aug they still have not tried to deliver.

The shipment email from Kave says and I quote "The delivery company won't advise you before the delivery slot, and will make two attempts before returning the order to its place of origin."

This has created great difficulty for me to arrange my time. I can see from MRW tracking link that they are already in Lisbon but have not tried to deliver for 10 days and they will not notify you when they expect to deliver.

I guess you are supposed to give up your whole life and work and just stay in home to wait for the delivery that may or may not arrive for who knows how long, so they won't be returned to the vendor.

Also I tried to talk to some agent on Kave website "decorative" chatbox. It's either not working or you can see available agent in the box but they never reply.

Update 1
After talking to Kave, finally the shipping company MRW called me today on 24th at 10:32am saying that they would deliver within one hour around 11:30 hoping I would be home. So I rushed home from office and from an important business meeting and of course no one showed up. At 12:00 I called them. A different employee answered and said "Oh our boss decided to change the route so your furniture would be delivered in the afternoon after 2PM and we will notify you 30 mins in advance. Didn't my colleague call you to notify you". "NOOOOooooo otherwise why would I call you now?"
So I went back to the work. At 13:50, I received an email from MRW saying since I was absent from home, they could not deliver. Seriously how about after 2PM and notifying me 30 mins before??? I immediately called the service centre almost losing my temper asking for their "complaint book". Finally, the employee said he would work on it right away and all was fixed bit later. I only have two questions
1. Is my time less valuable than that of the shipping company MRW?
2. to KAVE, can you see the score of the shipping company you choose (type "mrw.es" in trustpilot)??? 1.2!!!

The company is terribly poor

The company is terribly poor, They never tell you when your item is coming,not even by email. When you call their office asking for your package they will tell you they came but didn’t see you. It’s really a bad company yes they need a huge improvement!

Package was never delivered and there is no way to file a claim

I ordered shoes from RunnerInn which were supposedly shipped by MRW. The shoes never came. When I wrote to RunnerInn, they kept telling me the shoes were coming and there were delays in shipping times due to covid. I kept getting phony tracking updates from MRW saying the shoes were to be delivered. When the updates stopped, I tried to file a claim with MRW and it says after 6 weeks you cannot file a claim. There is no way to contact the company except Twitter. AVOID
