Product never arrived
Shampoo ordered on merchant's website and never arrived. When I contacted the merchant to request an update on the order I received the message below. After replying requesting another product was sent or a refund I have received no reply despite a further email chasing.
I would advise consumers not to use this website.
"Hello,
Respected Ma'am, there is some confusion. We sent the accurate product and we do have the proof of it. But we received the parcel back with the wrong product in it. According to the courier it says *Refused by Customer*.We're currently probing into the matter, and we are taking some legal actions towards all the responsible ones. And at the moment we can't do anything about it until we receive the original product back in its original packaging."
