I order the wrong size

I order the wrong size( I’ve never used this company before ) their response was immediate. I was dealing with Arlie from customer service and she helped me navigate a swap for my garment but I didn’t have to go to the time and expense of returning my my purchase and,y new outfit is on the way. Thank you Arlie
I would recommend dealing with this company a little dearer than others out their but the quality and choices are amazing

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR DRESSES ARE MADE OF CHEAP MATERIAL. WHEN WE TRIED TO RETURN IT, YOU WILL RECEIVE MULTIPLE EMAILS, THEN THEY WILL ASK YOU TO TAKE PICS AND DOWNLOAD, THEN THEY WILL COUTNER OFFER OF 60%.
I HAD TO DISPUTE CHARGES WITH MY CC TO GET FULL REFUND.

Wonderful customer service

The dress I ordered was beautiful but not quite right for me when I tried it on. I contacted the company via their customer service email, not even really expecting a reply. Not only did I get a lovely, personal reply, within 24 hours, but they sorted out my issue without any trouble whatsoever. This morning I received a replacement dress, in a better colour and size for me. I can’t wait to wear the dress and if I don’t get lots of compliments, l will be really miffed. I will order again from MSGlamour because, unlike many other online companies, they do really seem to care about customer satisfaction.

Class and elegance!

Your models all look so beautiful in the still photos, but the moving video display is stunning! Your entire line is classy and elegant. I could not resist the two piece set I ordered in a burnt orange color as one of my choices as mother of the groom. I was so pleased when I saw the gorgeous radiant color, quality and then I tried it on! I could not ask for a better fit. I'm a plus size and it's very flattering. Thank you for providing these wonderful quality dresses at reasonable prices! I'm recommending you to everyone I know that's shopping for an occasion! Thank you also for your timely responses to the questions I had. Excellent customer service means so much.

Such an amazing company to deal with

Such an amazing company to deal with . I love the dress & jacket I purchased, but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. After contacting them to arrange an exchange I had nothing but positive correspondence. I have found them to be totally proactive in exchanging my dress & jacket . I will definitely shop here again. Product never delivered

I placed an order September 3, 2025 for $37.98 and my credit card statement shows payment received on that date but I never received delivery.

I did not get my order in time

I did not get my order in time. In fact I still haven’t gotten it. My order was a matching dress and jacket in same fabric. They offered to refund the amount paid for the dress but not the jacket. They said I could return the jacket after I received it and only then receive a refund. The jacket is useless without the dress. Assuming I get the jacket I shouldn’t have to go to the expense and trouble of returning it. Meanwhile, no refund, no jacket and no dress.

Beautiful blouse for my mom

I ordered a blouse for my mom. We got it faster than we thought. The blouse is beautiful and well made but was a bit small so, I sent an email asking what the process is for exchange. They offered to send a size up AND they said we could keep the smaller size! YAY for me! The Customer Service was quick to respond and they were very courteous. I will continue to order from here with trust.

Great customer service with this…

Great customer service with this company. I ordered 3 dresses and decided to keep 1 which meant sending the other 2 back although I really liked them. Initially the photos I sent regarding the 2 dresses weren’t going through which left me frustrated however we got there in the end. MSGlamour suggested keeping the 2 dresses which would save the carry on of returning them and paying the postage. They offered me a 60% refund. As I did like the dresses I agreed. A great idea! Fab customer service.

Dream customer care

I generally wear large size, but the trousers that i ordered from vvcloth was a little loose, i contacted the team and the have arranged to send me a replacement without the need to return the one i have. In this age customer service like this is a dream. The team is polite and so understanding, every retail should take a page from vvcloth customer care.

Also the quality of the trouser received is great.

Disappointed yet satisfied

We were skeptical when we received only half our order with the other item backordered. The order was for an event we were attending and the backordered item was not available in time. So, we needed to return the shipped item. So, we contacted customer service. They were sorry, too and disappointed like us. But they took immediate action, gave us options and resolved our return issue immediately. They came through and, while we’re disappointed about the outfit, we’re satisfied with the result.

Very Expensive Returns

This company is based in Singapore so my return would have cost £38
You have to email to request a return then send photos of each garment with tags still attached then pay for tracked return then only after they pass the quality test do you get a refund
The first email I sent said I could keep the clothes and receive 40% reduction in price I then said I'd still like to return they then offered 60% reduction so I decided to keep the garments
The clothes are lovely great quality but beware of ordering multiple for choice or size as I did
