The resposne times and support from this company is the worst. Several emails and little to no replies. My latest question is on the constant error of "Martingale cannot be distinguised as the result is unknown". My point is, if i delay my signal to 5 secs after the previous minute finished, will it fix the issue. Right now, when the minute finishes, new arrow appears. The errors are many. How do i overcome this error. Can i delay the arrow by 5 secs?

We fully understand your point, and we consider it is not worth 1-star review. Allow us to explain your issue.
Based on logic, the MT2 will execute the martingale once the result is known, otherwise it is impossible to execute it, even it is executed manually. You need a result to apply Martingale, in fact, this the root of Martingale strategy, the result leads the amount you need to apply into the next trade. A 5 second delay could be enough but you need to do it from your connector.

The product is great I enjoy using it. I just hope that the support can improve because there is an OTC chart issue that I have that has not been resolved and the application keeps on closing when I clear all the trades but either than that the product is great.

your software is great, but you are connected to some scammers (brokers)
your software is great and your support is 5 stars too, but you are adding scammer brokers for binary options and you know that the most important is the broker.
i'm talking about deriv for example, they manipulate even currencies, i have proofs and i have already opened a dispute against them.

Hi
We have no control over the strategies of the signal providers. The reason why most of them are sending signals on specific hours, is because their strategies are based on that. On those minutes, is when they get the highest winning rates.
That being said, I hope you understand that MT2Trading has no say over at which time signals are being sent, we just provide the platform to allow for CopyTrading to happen.
Please reconsider your 1-star review, as the issue you are facing is not related to the platform functionality itself. Thanks.

your mt2 does not pick every signal
theres a like 2 minutes delay once the mt4 has generated the signal
hence no profit on binary options,i use iq options
if you could improve on that that would be ok.

The issue you are experiencing is common. It is created due to the nature of multi-platform trading.
Allow us please to briefly explain the reason for the lag/delays that can sometimes appear.
Trading candles are created in MetaTrader by ticks. After a new candle starts, there can be a 5 to 10 seconds delay before a low volatility market kicks in, gather up all the movements of the ticks and updates the candle.
Each tick represents a second. These seconds are gathered up, hence the lag.
This phenom is completely normal across all our supported brokers, and unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it, for the time being.
