I have experience about half a month now from my subscription, but copying traders’ trades did not bring me a profit even one cent. I don’t know why, knowing that all the settings of the program are possible as found in the explanation, and I hope that my view is wrong with regard to the evaluation, because it is really a useful program for beginners traders

MT2 closes when update is released
Program would close when an Update was released. You need to program to be open in order to copy trading signals from others. Therefore I was not able to copy any trades that day, because the update closed the mt2 program right before the signal provider sent all their trade signals.
Otherwise the program works well. Keep in mind that you will need to have it running 24/7

So much potential....
First month or 2 it worked perfectly but since then I've had 80% of trades fail resulting in underperformance which means I make a loss rather than gains. Seeked help but didn't get any helpful advise or solutions to the issue that so many people seem to experience. Wont be using again unless it can be fixed.

I dont know but it does not look like…
I dont know but it does not look like the trades are adding up. I would sit and watch the trades and its like money just keep disappearing. When I contact the software provider they say contact my broker when I contact my broker they tell me they are not responsible for anything that happens with 3rd party software. I lost 300 usd yesterday and nobody can tell me where it went......:(.
The money is not there cause I still have not received it back all now. Also, I am not using WIFI, I am using Home internet plugged directly into my Desktop.

The money you traded did not disappear, it is all in your broker. The issue you are facing is that the MT2trading platform did not register these trades results because it did not receive any response from the broker server.
Nevertheless, you can still find these trades on your broker platform trading history.
We recommend you use an Ethernet cable rather than Wi-Fi connection, in order to improve your internet connection.
